Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not seat on leather sofa with wet bathing suits. Do not jump on beds or hang clothing from shower curtain or on balcony railing.

HOA does not allow more than 6 guests. No Pets allowed. No smoking allowed inside unit. HOA does not allow towels hanging from the balcony.

Parking was easy and secure, laundry facilities were easily accessible in the condo Condo is spacious and up to date. Kitchen appliances are contemporary, and kitchen Is stocked well with utensils. The location is excellent, and the property has excellent pools , and public areas. The outside balcony is also spacious. The entire visit was a great experience.

Many great features to this place: the MOST comfortable bed for weary travelers; the bird sanctuary next door with its wonderful sights and sounds...and of course the BEACH! Condo was beautifully furnished and well appointed! Loved the kitchen!

The condo was beautiful, nicely equipped, and very clean. Everything was in great shape. Communication with Alina was good. One hitch was entering the building upon arrival. We entered through the side door in the parking garage, which required a key. I didn’t realize the door to the front, which I wasn’t aware of, had a key pad for which Alina had provided a code. Fortunately, a couple coming out let us in. For me, the downside was the balcony overlooking the bird sanctuary. Birds were very noisy, so we weren’t able to enjoy peace and quiet or the sound of the waves. It also smelled bad like rotten fish. Also, I knew the balcony faced the side, but the view of the gulf was very limited, water only. No view of sunsets. Getting to the pool and grilling area wasn’t convenient. It required going down to the parking level, going through a locked door, and climbing steps up to the pool. I never did get to the pool because when we tried to go, I didn’t have the code with me, and the key didn’t work because the lock didn’t work. The area was convenient for shopping in Seminole for groceries. There was lots of restaurants in the area. We spent a day at John’s Pass, with dinner at Friendly Fisherman by Hubbard Marina, and finished up with a sunset boat trip. We had a nice dinner on the outside balcony at Salt Rock Grill.Overall, the condo was lovely and Alina is a good host. If I could make one suggestion, include instructions for using the TVs with 2 remotes in the blue binder.

I wish you would have asked me about that when you contacted me to get restaurant suggestions. The pool deck is beautiful and offers spectacular sunsets and beach views! We stayed on this property for a long weekend. The condo is beautiful, very clean, very well stocked with everything you need and the property manager was very accommodating and available. The beach is beautiful and the pool area was huge with lots of chairs and gas grills. We had a great stay!

Family Vacation

Everything was excellent on our stay! The condo was very nicely decorated and super clean. The master bed was probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. The property is super close to the beach so easy to transport beach chairs etc. We highly recommend this property! Also, our host Alina was very helpful and attentive. She was really great to work with!

Wonderful stay

We completely enjoyed our stay at this condo.this unit was spacious, all amenities were updated, and the balcony was large with good views of the gulf & bird sanctuary. The owner was available and very responsive. The pool area was large and comfortable. We were right on the beach, and a great location with access to all local attractions.We have already booked for next year.

We live on the East coast of FL & wanted a quick little summer family trip (my husband, myself, our 2 kids & my parents) to the west coast. I found this little gem in Indian Shores right on the Gulf, with tons of restaurants & bars nearby :) Alina, the host was absolutely amazing! She got us checked in (with access to everything) earlier than we ever expected, which gave us extra time to settle in, which in turn gave us more family time on our first day! An absolute must go to spot for your next vacation! :)

The hostess was very helpful and quick response. Beautiful unit and we felt right at home. On a quiet beach. Dolphins swim by and a bird sanctuary next to our building. Very big pool deck and nice pool. Beautiful sunsets.

Beautiful Easter Week

This property was perfect for a week with our 2 adult daughters and my 75 year old mom. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. My husband LOVED the bird sanctuary you can see from the balcony. Although the property is still in the process of being repaired from the recent hurricane, the elevators were operational, the pool was in great shape, and the access to the beach could not have been easier. Grills on the beach deck were very convenient to cook several meals. Alina was a responsive and very gracious host. We would definitely stay here again!

The Gulf beaches are just stunning, calm clear waters with an array of colors, wild life, colorful shells, and miles of peaceful white sand beaches; yet we are within walking distance of fine dining, unique shops, and many water sports and amenities, including day cruises such as Deep Water Fishing, Casino Cruises, Dolphin Watching and children's cruises, water sports, great entertainment and fresh local seafood restaurants. We enjoy our family getaways and hope to share our beautiful beaches and home with our guests. We live in Tampa, just about 45 minutes away from the condo, and bought this property as our second home. Our aim is to make our guests feel this is a second home to them as well. Many of our guests and repeat customers year after year.

What makes this property unique

Only 30 minutes to Tampa and 1.5 hours to Disney World. Our building is one of the best on the beach, with Resort like pool deck, heated pool, jacuzzi and pool deck overlooking the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. You will have your own assigned covered free parking, and also plenty of free visitors's parking. Leave your car parked, and take the local trolley, which stops in the front of our building, and takes you to all the beaches. Visit the new Dali Museum in St. Petersburg , the lively restaurants of Clearwater Beach or go shopping at John's Pass. Walk miles and miles of white sand beaches, or fish on the Gulf of Mexico, collect shells, take a stroll for an ice cream, or walk to The Friendly Tavern, with its local tiki bar opened during the day, and fun karoke nights, and walk back home (only three blocks away). Enjoy the adjacent Bird Sanctuary with free admissions. Experience local restaurants and fresh seafood, or sit back with sand between your toes, relax, and enjoy our spectacular sunsets!
