About this property

One Bdrm, private bathroom, kitchenette, laundry facilities & gated patio.

Quiet neighborhood and peaceful "smoke free" Christian home. Beautifully landscaped yard with path through front yard to VRBO. One bedroom and private bath with separate entrance and small private patio with keyed locked gate. Door lock has a security code. There is WIFI, 60-inch smart TV, Amazon fire stick and a computer desk in the bedroom. No loud noise allowed. No illegal drug use or smoking on the premises. Smoking and pet violation, $500, and immediate eviction with no refund.

Kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, hot water pot, silverware, plates and bowls, pots & pans, two burner stove top and cooking utensils. Plenty of linens, bedding & cleaning supplies are provided. Bathroom amenities are provided upon arrival--after you run out, you must provide your own.

Monitored security cameras are mounted outside around the property. The host/owner lives in a separate locked section of the home.

It was very clean, updated and a great neighborhood. The only thing were the pillows are very hard.

Great place to "land"

After 3 days driving from Ohio, we enjoyed the space and were comfortable for our stay. Very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed not having to eat out all the time!! Loved the patio space and the quiet neighborhood.
