San Remo Condominium 209 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

This upscale 3 bedroom San Remo unit offers luxury living at its finest! Located in a quiet gated community on the south side of 30-A, San Remo is centrally located to some of the Panhandle's best dining and shopping. This exquisite South Walton beach condo offers free seasonal beach service on the designated beach and has a unique Mediterranean style with generous water views that will take your breath away.
The private oversized balconies overlook the swimming pool and expansive deck area. With plenty of seating, the balcony welcomes the whole family out to take in the stunning views. The primary bedroom is spacious with high ceilings, a roomy bathroom with garden tub and walk in closet. The beachy decor will remind you to walk down to the sugar white sand and find your own seashells, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
After a day of sand and sun, retire to the sundeck where you can enjoy the pool and hot tub, or grill out while listening to the calming natural pond and fountain. When you're ready to go back out, bike paths and golf courses are close by so your vacation is filled with fun, sun, and relaxation for the whole family!

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.



We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

A piece of heaven

So easy to communicate and the sweetest hosts! Property was clean from top to bottom and even smelled clean. Location and views were PERFECT! The balcony was so cozy and relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessities and more. We WILL be back! I can’t say enough great things

Enjoyed San Remo 209

I enjoyed my stay at San Remo 209. The place is furnished very nicely. My only complaint was the carpet in the master bedroom was very dirty and stained. I was surprised that there were zero condiments there too, not even salt and pepper! A few cleaning supplies would of been helpful too.

Florida laws prohibit us from leaving any consumable products, including spices, condiments and ice, in the rental for health reasons. Nice condo and would stay there again because we LOVE San Remo. Housekeeping could be better, roaches mostly dead, but a couple still alive in living area, one bedroom and bath; a few soiled coffee cups in cupboard; iron needs replacing because water runs out of bottom where electrical cord connects, musty smell upon arrival but we opened the doors for the sea breeze. We would stay there again, but for the price more attention could be given to this unit.

hi we had a great visit but one concerning fact is that one if the bedrooms has bedbugs. I received multiple bites and itch constantly finally consulted medical help and was determined that I had receive bedbug bites. fortunately they are treatable and should resolve in one to two weeks but wow at the itching.

Thank you for your recent review of San Remo 209. Every unit on our rental program is part of our bed bug inspection program. As part of this program, each rental is inspected quarterly for bed bugs. We have checked our records and this condo received a regular quarterly inspection on August 10, 2017 and received a clean report. Upon reading your review, we called our inspector back out to do another thorough inspection. The report, again, came back clean. Our proactive measures also include bed bug encasements on the beds in additional to the quarterly inspections. We were also informed that bed bugs can be found in many places including movie theater seats, restaurant chairs and other cloth surfaces. We are sorry to hear that you were impacted and appreciate your note so we could follow up with an additional inspection to ensure this rental home is clean. We enjoyed having you as our guest and look forward to welcoming you back for future beach vacations.

Decent place

Decent place to stay. Nothing over the top. Not as clean as we would have liked. Keypad on door didn’t work as expected but management was quick to change the code once we asked. Overall, resort in need of upkeep. Hot tub bottom looked too dirty to get in. Might have just been coating. The beach access was good. Wish there would have been beach chairs in off season for us to use. Corner right of refrigerator needs cleaning badly. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable. Layout of condo was nice. Patio was nice with decent view. Large home blocking some of the view.

Our stay was ok. Condo is dated and carpet needs replacing. Sliding door to balcony does not secure and a stick is in the track. The door access is not easy. Electric door lock needs replacing. Furniture needs to be updated. Master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Vents need to be cleaned. Location was ok.

MOLD smell overwhelming!!!!!! Do not stay if you are sensitive to mold.

We have stayed in San Remo at least 15 times. This is the very first time that the smell of mold HIT you in the face the minute you walked through the door. I get that there is mold in Florida but I have a child that is immuno-compromised. I asked them to change our place and they had nothing else comparable. There were dehumidifiers in the bedrooms so they were fully aware of the problem and just continue to rent it out!!!! We left on Wed because it was so bad and my son was off the charts sick. In addition, when we were leaving we found out the idiots put the WI-FI at the head level next to the bottom bunk bed where the kids sleep. RIGHT NEXT TO where my son slept all week. I am furious. Why would you put something that emits heavy frequency right at the bunk bed??? We will never ever stay here again. I am so disappointed. The furniture is beautiful. I like the layout of this unit. Just be prepared to get sick from mold.

As we explained while you were here, there was absolutely no mold at this property….since it had rained quite a bit before your stay, it was probably mildew which can be a common problem with properties that sit so close to the water. This unit has been solidly booked for several weeks before and after this reservation. There have been no other reports, questions , or concerns about mold. Again, we are sorry you felt this impacted your stay, and we hope we will be able to accommodate you again in the future.

Relaxing in Santa Rosa Beach Florida

Better than we expected! Very homey and comfortable. Kitchen is really well stocked with cooking pots, pans and utensils. Loved the location to restaurants and shops, we were able to walk or ride to these locations easily. Easy beach access. The patio is covered and sheltered from wind and rain and outdoor furniture is comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

Labor Day beach stay

Property was perfect for our family to relax and enjoy relaxing beach time. The condo had great views of pool and beach and was very easy access to the ocean - just a short boardwalk and a few stairs. The beach chairs/umbrella service was a nice added touch. Santa Rosa Beach stay

Very conveniently located. Direct access to the beach was what we have been looking for. The unit was clean and nicely kept. The balcony with sea view and comfortable couch was the most enjoyable area of the apartment. Included in the rent we had free umbrella and chairs at the beach, which made our stay even better.

June Vacation

I was very pleased with the location. The unit was a really good floor plan - very spacious both indoors as well as the balcony. Great views of ocean and pool. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pans so if you needed them you had plenty to use. Very clean. The only drawback that I saw with the unit was the matress in the master bedroom. While they are certainly not old, they are very firm. Overall, good place to stay with family and friends.

It was a beautiful week at San Remo! We have stayed at this resort multiple times and always love it because of the low key nature and location on 30a. The unit was well equipped with all the necessities however the cleanliness of the unit was not up to par compares to what we have become used to with other units we have stayed in. In addition the bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable (lumpy and hard) and seems ready to be replaced. The beautiful weather made up for the bed and we had an overall great stay so we would come back to this unit again (if the mattress has been replaced). Thanks for the great stay!

Fantastic Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation to Santa Rosa Beach in mid May 2019. Our stay at San Remo 209 was FABULOUS! The staff at Newman-Dailey was so helpful prior to our trip. San Remo 209 is a beautiful condo. The condo offers easy access to the pool and Beach and has gorgeous views. The condo is beautifully decorated with more than enough room for everyone inside and outside on the balcony. We highly recommend San Remo 209 and in fact are already looking forward to booking our next trip. You will not go wrong with staying at San Remo 209.
