This 2 bedroom condo comes with Free Seasonal Beach Service on their designated beach and overlooks a large pool with spa, a lake with fountain, and the lush natural vegetation that is a signature of this coastal area. Begin your day with a workout in the exercise room, and then stroll across the winding dune walkover for a relaxing day on the beach surrounded by crystal-like sand, swaying sea oats, and the soothing sun. When dinner time calls, gather your group around the grilling area for a family cookout and casual conversation. San Remo, we know the way.
Set in a quiet location along 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, San Remo enjoys the timeless beauty of untouched beaches, a lake and fountain, and a sunny pool deck and hot tub. Simply step out the patio doors and the warm Florida sunshine will greet you and lead you into sun-kissed memories on the shores of the Gulf or in the calm pool waters. However, just out the front door and about a ten minute walk to the west you’ll find yourself at Gulfplace. Succulent seafood restaurants, upscale boutiques, Miss Lucille’s coffee shop, bike rentals, and a general store are among the local offerings to top off your beach vacation at San Remo.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV. No pets.

Nice condo with comfortable beds. Walking distance to the local shopping and restaurant scene. Good access to the beach. Did not really care for the fact that the office is ~25 minutes away and you have to physically check in. Otherwise is was a great stay.

Nice condo. Thanks to Annette for keeping pool and grounds so clean. The master bed had a foam overlay on the mattress that was horrible. Once on bed you sunk to the middle and couldn’t turn over or get off mattress easily. Other than the bed everything else in condo was perfect. Walkway to beach is old and needs to be replaced. Nails sticking up several places. My husband stepped on a nail head and it punctured his foot.

We are passing on your nice comment about the pool and grounds to Annette. We have notified the San Remo HOA about the beach boardwalk and they have informed us that the entire structure will be replaced. Again, we are delighted to get your review and we are looking forward to the opportunity to host you again at the Beach!
The property was average to nice. Lots of heavy furniture in the condo which made it feel smaller then it was. Had a heck of a time figuring out all the TVs with an average of 3-4 remotes per tv. The majority of things we needed were provided although we ran out of toilet paper and as noted...they didn’t provide any beach towels. To improve the experience, I would say it wouldn’t take that much to provide like 4 cheap beach towels that were left at the property. With the laundry right there, it made it easy to clean and reuse during the stay. Annette the property manager was extremely helpful. Only heard from the VRBO management one time during the trip a day or two into it. Thanks to Annette we felt at home and welcomed right away.
All of the tv’s were extremely hard to figure out. Cable would just turn off mid-movie. Check out time of 9:00 was ridiculous!

Efforts are underway to increase coverage in this area. We changed our check out time to 9am as a response to Covid so that we could have more time for thorough sanitization practices. We apologize if this is an inconvenience to some guests.

This property was nice. In order to gain access to the property from the street and/ or the beach one must use a code. The parking lot was not covered and the pool and hot tub were located outside.
The bridge between the condo and the beach was well maintained. On the beach side there were approximately 10 to 15 steps. Providing steps are not a problem, the walk is easy.
Unit 203 was nice, but did have a few issues. The large furniture made the condo seem smaller and cramped. There was no where to place the suitcase and the closets were packed full and therefore useless. There are some drawers, but beyond that not a lot of options. One major problem was with the television. It appeared without log-in credentials to personal streaming accounts the televisions were useless.
The unit was clean, well maintained, and quiet. The bed was loud, but comfortable.
Housekeeping services were not provided during the stay. We knew this ahead of time and thought it odd for housekeepers to be preparing to enter the unit. My dad and mom left the room first and told housekeeping no services were needed. Shortly after my parents left, housekeeping walked in on me and my wife. Again, they were told that no services were needed. Housekeeping continued to hang around om the floor. So, my wife went down to talk to management and as soon as she left housekeeping made their last and final attempt to enter the unit. The head inspector claimed they mistakingly had our unit checking out. We were not due to check out for another two days. After this incident there were no further problems with housekeeping. As soon as the property manager was made aware of the issue, she took prompt action.
All-in-all the condo was nice. We would definitely stay again.
Love San Remo! We’ve be coming here for over 15 years. Great location. This unit needs to update its furnishings. Furniture & beds are not comfortable.
This property was perfect for our trip. The condo was a perfect size for 5 adults or if needed, we were pleasantly surprised with the entire place. The outside deck was huge and had a large table n a sectional to relax. The inside was clean and the decor was perfect! We loved it the pictures didn’t do it justice! Beach access is right there and the pool and hot tub were nicely kept! Only issue was the back main sliding door was difficult to open n shut and a toaster needs to be replaced we almost threw it out so nobody else would use it bc it seemed like it was sparking so we unplugged it... these were minor things we would definitely stay again and would recommend this property to others!

Great on site employee Annette who was helpful, professional and personable! Based on rental price point, would have expected better kitchen items such as full set of matching dishes and set of non-breakable drinking glasses. Should discard cracked and chipped dishes. Hall bath needs new shower faucet (old builder grade doesn’t provide adequate water flow). Both commodes flushed so loudly they couldn’t be flushed at night without waking others (very strange). Nice, comfy balcony sofa setup! ❤️ ❤️Mattress in second bedroom had a topper or something that caused loud noises upon the slightest movement. Sounded like rubber against rubber. Suggest removing/replacing. Had to rewash dirty/crusty bowls and plates that were placed in cabinets. Due to COVID we rewashed entire set of dishes. We also cleaned all remotes which were visibly dirty. Although the unit wasn’t the best we loved the property, immaculate pool and grounds.
It was our first trip as a family of 4 (my husband, 4 1/2 year old, and 10 month old). Most of the time traveling with 2 little ones is more of a "trip" than a "vacation" and I have to say that the amenities inside and outside of the condo and the location made this feel like a vacation!
Here are our top favorite things!
* Check-in was very easy. We requested to go straight to the condo rather than the office and they gave us the code the day of.
* Upon arrival, they provide necessities (soap, sponge, paper towels, etc) as well as an info packet
* Nice size kitchen - could use a few upgrades to utensils but overall it had everything we needed
* Since the unit is on the 2nd floor it is easy to take the stairs but when we needed the elevator it was quick.
* Roku TV so we were able to log into our Netflix and HBONow accounts
* Comfortable beds
* Super cool bunkroom with a barn door for privacy - you can easily have 4 adults and 2 children stay
* Our baby monitor reached to the pool so we could let our 4 1/2 year old burn out all his energy while the baby slept. And speaking of the pool, it is lovely and quite large.
* Short walk to an uncrowded almost private beach.
* The balcony had plenty of room to lounge and enjoy an afternoon sunset. The pics don't show it but there is new furniture that was very comfortable.
* A short 1/2 mile walk to Gulfplace Center where there are several shops and restaurants. It was so convenient to not have to pack up the kids in the car to grab dinner.
We just loved staying at San Remo and will definitely be back! My only regret is that I wish we had stayed longer.
This is the second year we stayed at San Remo. Very well kept and great location. Will stay here again.

San Remo is in a perfect location and the condo was great.
We enjoyed walking to the coffee shop and to dinner. The views from the balcony were very pretty. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. The linens and towels were good quality. The condo layout had good separation of bedrooms. The bathrooms were large. Everything was clean. The living room, dining room, and balcony furniture was functional but not very comfortable.
The condo public spaces were clean and well maintained. We needed service on the refrigerator and that was arranged same day. I would definitely recommend and choose this location again.

Great Condo not so good wifi and TV
We absolutely loved the condo. The place was clean and beautiful and exactly what we wanted in a place to sleep. However, you can't spend your whole day at the beach with an infant so the TV and wifi needed to be quite a bit better. The wifi would go out often and since the TV was a Roku TV you could not watch netflix or hulu or amazon with our a buffering problem. If that was fixed it would be the perfect condo for 6 people to stay!

Fantastic family friendly property.
This property was fantastic. The short walk to the beach was perfect as was the beautifuly well maintained pool. It is very clean and family friendly. The unit's dryer needs some attention and a full length mirror would be a nice addition. Overall, the unit and property was more than expected.

Overall nice
We have stayed at San Remo before and love the location and pool area. We were sad to see that a huge house is being built between the building and the Gulf. It blocks a good portion of the Gulf views, for a number of units.
As far as the unit itself. Overall, the unit was clean, except for the carpet in the Master bedroom. It was filthy. It looks like it needs a professional cleaning. The king size mattress really needs to be replaced. We found it uncomfortable. You can see the imprint of body shapes on the mattress. Toilet ran non stop after flushing, from the moment we got there. You would think that housekeeping would have reported it. My husband took it apart and fixed it. Also, the kitchen could use more silverware.
We enjoyed our week at the beach but will look at different units next time.

Last minute change
After having to cancel my trip to the Dominican Republic due to inclement weather, I was desperate to find another option late minute. This condo was the perfect find on 30A. It is really nicely set up. It was close to the things we like to do. The bike rental and beach set up were great additional freebies. The access to the beach was perfect and the pool fantastic. It was pretty quiet since school had already started. The property company was very courteous and quick to respond. Thanks for helping to save my vacation! It was sunshine all week and a truly relaxing vacation!
