Paradise Haven in Palmas del Mar, a charming house for the perfect vacations!

This house is located in the exclusive area of Palmas del Mar Resort & Casino in the east coast of Puerto Rico . It has everything you need for a relaxed vacation. It is a magical place - an enchanting retreat located about 60 miles from the capital, San Juan. Everything you need for an amazing vacation is located at minutes away inside the resort , from night life to sight seeing, fishing or sports. You choose it and we have it! This one story house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom ,with view to the pool through a glass sliding door there is a king size bed with a bathroom which has an amazing . The other 2 bedrooms have queen sized beds inside. The pool is out of this world ! It starts at 3 feet on the shallow end and goes up to 10 feet on the deep end. An amazing vacation is guaranteed in this home!

The host could have cared less when I brought to his attention several issues that I had with the amenities.
This was what we had to cook with. Everything dirty and sticky. 1 small frying pan and a caldero. Both dirty!
Another kitchen cabinet with stuff just thrown in. Filthy and sticky residue.

The communication with the host, the location of the property and the privacy were a 1010. Unfortunately, minor things were setbacks as far as the Jacuzzi not working in the master suite the TV and outlets not working on the wall connected to the closet in the master suite and the pool was unsuitable the first 48 hours of stay due to a prior storm, but the contact and host were amazing and sufficient, and made sure the pool was up to par for the remainder of the stay. Overall, I will book again. The location was phenomenal. The host was phenomenal and the property was phenomenal.

Pool house rental in Humacao

Place was awesome best part is the pool, place needs a fresh painting, especially the doors and TVs needed in all the rooms.

Great Place for a Family

we enjoyed out stay. The home is nice and clean the area is safe. Just a little bit of a drive for shopping. The outdoor kitchen is pool is a nice place to hangout and relax. The only down side for us is it's didn't have the number of beds we expceted but the couch is big so it wored out.

This is our second time staying at this lovation. We have no complaints. Some minor upgrades would make it even better. But definitely recommend for large families clean. The host responds immediately regarding any questions. Close to some beautiful bleach beaches.

Our First but Not Last Vacation in Puerto Rico

First time Family Vacation, was planned in 3 days, last minute and it was AMAZING! This house was perfect for us. Having the pool made it 100x more fun and relaxing for the whole family. We only contacted the Owner once and they handled cleaning the pool which turned over night to green within a couple hours. We would stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you so much for having us use your home for our home for vacation:)

Our stay at the property was great. There were a few issues that we addressed with the property manager at check out. The main issue we had that it may be out of their control was that we didn't have Wifi during our stay. Otherwise. The property was a perfect fit for our vacation.

Good Times

It was a nice house and a good area. The beach was more like a 15 minute walk 5 minute drive. Alot of seaweed and other vegetation on the beach. Palmas de mar is a huge gated community with a lot of smaller private resorts inside . Can’t really access much without a membership in palmas. We spent most of our time during our stay in Fajardo and Old San Juan Doing excursions, shopping and eating . The house was a nice budget friendly stay compared to most resorts when you have a couple of families wanting to stay together.

Palmas is beautiful

Upon arrival the communication with the person in chrg of property was late in providing me with the code to get into house. Though it was 15 mins, it was time to upset my little children. The property was clean, everything worked but there was a leak in the living room and master bedroom. The property manager did get back to me right away, it was a holiday. andmbedroom. Family vacation

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful and comfortable home. We brought along our grandson who learned how to swim in the great pool. All the amenities in the home are exceptional and clean. Palmas as a whole is great and if desired one need not leave the resort as everything you need is located there. We rode horses at Buena Vista Ranch, visited family on the island and returned each day to this amazing home. Regardless of what we did each day we ended each day lounging by the pool and enjoying the water. Annie was exceptional in helping us rental the property and very accommodating when we had some difficulty in finalizing the deal when needed. Thank you very much Annie for your help and hospitality, we hope to return as soon as we can.

Fantastic Family Getaway

This house has great space!! Living area and dining area are great for families. Master Bedroom is very spacious. 2 other bedrooms are average size. Beds are very comfortable. Property is well maintained and very clean inside and out. Outdoor space consists of large yard, patio table and chairs, gas grill, and very large pool. Our family of 4 enjoyed this space very much. Annie, the property manager is very responsive and helpful. Kitchen has everything but the groceries! Plenty of bath and beach towels. Having restaurants and the Beach Club within Palmas is very convenient. Do consider this location for your vacation, we highly recommend it!! We would definitely stay here again!! Great location but many updates needed

The Palmas Del Mar area is beautiful with a great little beach to visit and restaurants and walking paths. The house itself needs lot of updates. The outdoor area was great but the bathrooms need work. The master shower was virtually unusable. When it rains the roof does leak in many spots. The property owner was quick to send people to fix. The addition of some beach chairs, beach toys, more beach towels, more bath towels, hand towels and sheets would be beneficial. The location is easy to get to many different things to do and there is a Walmart nearby for grocery essentials.

The property manager was great no complaints with her at all. But the owner of this place really didnt care about his place we stood for 11 days and there were issues with this place. Pluming, ceiling in kitchen and big bedroom was leaking and i told the owner and he clearing didnt care money was not worth it

Good location great outdoor space. Inside needs work

Owner accused us of using all the gas in the grill when we had not used it yet. Water leaking in one of the bedrooms from the winow, ceiling and under the closet doors. Advertised Jacuzzi not functional. Only a single wash cloth provided for 6 womens. Wifi rarely worked. Overall the house was clean and in a good location but because of the noted issues I would not recommend renting this unit until the water leaks are resolved.
