The Haven with an Amazing Location *No Cleaning Fee*
Welcome to our little Haven in the heart of W. Knoxville! We invite you to be a guest at our homestead in the city. The house has been recently built. Cedar Brook Haven is a 4+ acre oasis right off of Cedar Bluff and Middlebrook Pike. Enjoy a private farm feel but within walking distance to stores & restaurants and just a short drive to the I-40/I-75 (2 miles) and everything the Knoxville area has to offer (13 miles to UT/Neyland, 46 miles to Dollywood, 60 miles to GSMNP).
The Haven is a newly constructed two-bedroom, one-bath guest house. Our home is also on the property but we have a separate driveway. The access is via a well maintained gravel driveway.
Inside is an airy and open living/dining/kitchen space with a short hall to the bedrooms and a full bathroom.
It has cozy King and Queen bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and the other a queen-size bed).
The kitchen is fully equipped including stocked coffee and a dining table for 4.
There is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer off the living room, which is wonderful for long stays or just a short getaway.
The living room has a 65" Roku TV which the guest will have access to a variety of apps on the Roku platform. WiFi name and password are on a card on the TV stand in living room. Board games, books, and kids toys are in the TV stand. We are a family with young kids, so if you have any kids gear needs (pack-n-play, high chair, etc.) please let us know and we can accommodate. There is also a full-size pull-out bed in the sectional in the living room. If sofa bed linens are needed, please let us know at the time of booking.
Off the living room is a small patio with rocking chairs to enjoy the tranquil forest view.
Guests will have access to the entire guest house except for a locked utility closet. The Haven is reached by going up the left side of the Y driveway on the property. There is a parking pad directly out front as well as additional parking behind.
Self check-in! There is a smart lock keypad on the front door so guests will not have to keep up with any keys.
We purchased the property in 2022 and have added the guest house (The Haven) as well as planted lots of new grass and added a flock of chickens. Very soon we will have fresh eggs to offer our guests! We have plans to add a firepit and picnic area in the fall and a garden, orchard, and lavender field next year, so there are many exciting things to see unfold. Guests are free to explore the property.
Parties are strictly prohibited. However, we are open to hosting certain events. Please inquire before booking.
