Our quiet lakefront neighborhood is conveniently located between downtown Knoxville and Oak Ridge. The recently renovated manufactured ranch home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two large covered porches provide ample seating, and the fenced in backyard allows for privacy and relaxation.

Our Home:
The recently renovated manufactured ranch home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. A living room, full kitchen, dining room, and mudroom with washer and dryer available. A fenced in backyard provides additional privacy and picturesque views. Two large covered porches with ample seating are available for relaxation.
High speed WI-FI internet and several Roku TV’s are available, just provide your login.

The Lake:
This property sits atop a steep cliff which does NOT provide water access.

Melton Hill, best known for fishing, provides countless water activities. While the lake is not accessible from our home, there is a boat launch and swimming area at nearby Bull Run park. Or, bring your Kayaks and launch right around the corner for an unforgettable paddle up the creek as you look for signs of beaver activity.
Bird watchers will enjoy the abundance of wildlife, Expect to watch Osprey catch fish daily, along with other waterfowl such as Great Blue Herons, Cormorants, Egrets, and the occasional Bald Eagle.

The Community:
The Circle as us locals call it is a quiet and small lakefront community situated on a bend in the river. Please respect the (Off leash) serenity while you are our guests. Around the circle we pride ourselves in our ability to free range our dogs. Because of this reason we do not allow pets in our home. Our back yard has been fenced in for your privacy and to keep our four legged friends out.

We had a comfortable, easy stay at Deana’s property. The home was clean and had plenty of room for the 3 adults who stayed there. The lake view was very peaceful and we enjoyed birdwatching — spotting egrets, hawks, and even a great blue heron. The host was communicative and kind.

Perfect stay, great host

Was in town for a week for daughter’s rowing training camp. Short drive from the river. Very quiet neighborhood. House was well stocked, nicely decorated and super clean. Back patio and yard was amazing! Host was very helpful.

Cozy and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at Osprey Bluff. We saw ospreys! And walked the street with the local friendly dogs. Very comfortable and roomy house, perfect for our visit with elderly relatives who were able to join us for lunch on the back porch. House was very clean well stocked with hospitality items.

100% would return

We really enjoyed our stay here. VERY CLEAN, quiet, and close to everything in the Oak Ridge/Knoxville area. Unfortunately this was a short stay for us, but when we're back in the area this property will be at the top of our list. With the yard and open floorplan this would be a great spot for a family gathering, although the parking might be a little tricky.

Great house

We traveled to Tennesse to visit family, and we enjoyed having the house for 6 people each day, including two children ages 3 and 10. The fenced in yard was safe, and the AC was most welcome, with temps in the 90s during our stay. Hosts were awesome, kitchen was well-equipped, and covered porch and deck were amazing. We plan to return next year!

Quality Family Time

Property was welcoming!! We had a beautiful lake view from the back yard. Home had plenty of space, and had a warm cozy feeling. Communication with the owners was easy, check in was simple. We were able to enjoy our son, wife, and our grand- daughters. Will try to make this an annual tradition. Thank you for making our trip memoriable.

Comfortable and Peaceful

I was pleased to find this place very homey. The beds were comfortable. The couches as well. Huge master suite. Plenty of room throughout the house. Everything in working order. The kitchen had everything we needed. We made good use of the fire pit and enjoyed the view.
