Hosts were amazing and the property was everything advertised and more. We found it a very nice place to stay, quiet, and very close to everything you could want while still having that private mountain feel. Really cannot say enough about this great little get away.
Rusty was a very welcoming and accommodating host. The amenities were perfect for our family. Our kids loved the board games especially. The house was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. I highly recommend this stay. Hoping to be back next Christmas!
So blessed to have found this gem. Excellent place to stay. Host were very helpful, friendly and occomodating.Cozy atmospher, immaculately clean, nice , peaceful, country neighborhood yet conveniently located. The decor was inspiring. So greatful to have had such a lovely experience.
Very welcoming and comfortable private rental home. New construction and nice finishes, clean, and well maintained. It was fun to be tucked away in the woods on a hillside. My husband and I stayed with 3 little ones and had plenty of room for our family. Coffee, tea, water and breakfast items were in the rental for our family to use. 100% would recommend!
Great house and location, close to I-75. We drove from Temp. MI, on our way to Jacksonville FL. Very cozy and relaxing place to rest up!! Thank you, Dave and Patty
We stayed here on our way down and home to and from Augusta. The place is so clean and the property is very quiet. Very quick and easy communication with the owner.
We arrived in the evening but it was still relatively easy to find. Communication with Rusty was great! He was super accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. During our stay the kids loved the games and movie selection available. It was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Honored to have your family stay with us! We so hope you'll come back soon . especially with nicer weather!
Beautiful and extremely clean home. Rusty always answered all questions quickly. He allowed us to arrive early to ensure my daughter had time to get ready for her wedding. I highly recommend this home as your home away from home.
This home was absolutely fantastic! It was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything you could need while away from home. We were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday, and the owners went above and beyond by placing a birthday balloon at the driveway, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this home to anyone. Thank you so much again—we truly enjoyed our stay!

Thanks Chrystal for your kind and encouraging review! You went above and beyond in keeping our place clean and tidy. Please come back and visit again. We loved having you!
The Coach House is honestly one of the very best VRBOs we have ever rented. It’s so clean & lovely, peaceful & quiet and comfortable! Most of all, it is so well-appointed! Anything we could need was available. Thoughtful touches (along w all the amenities) like labeled light switches and notes around the house to help with outside lights, etc. We will 100% be back! Thank you, Rusty! Your hard work in making this place a memorable stay as we dropped our new VOL off at UTK was so appreciated!
This place was just perfect for our stay while we visited family. This is one of the cleanest places I have stayed! I wish other hotels/ VRBOe were this clean! It is a great spot just 20 minutes out of Knoxville if you don't like to be in the middle of the city. Quiet, clean, private, with wonderful host that is very responsive. I appreciated the details the host put into the place. Everything well labeled, a book full of info on places to go and things to do, and even having to go cups for my coffee when we needed to hurry and hit the road! Plenty of kitchen gadgets/dishes/ tupperware to cook meals for your stay which I loved adls eating out all the time can get spendy! Fun games and DVD player with movies for entertainment. This would be great for a small family as well. You can tell the hosts really put a lot of thought into the coach house to make it enjoyable for travelers. We will definitely stay here again when coming to visit!
