@TheSageChalet is a charming and modern family-friendly home centrally located to many community and Pocono Mountains attractions! Situated in beautiful Emerald Lakes, guests are able to purchase amenity passes to enjoy the many lakes, beaches, indoor & outdoor pools that the community offers. Short drive to Mt. Airy Casino, Kalahari Water Park, Great Wolf Lodge, Camelback & Pocono Raceway. Escape to this 3 Bedroom, 1 bathroom cozy chalet. First level features a fully stocked, modern, eat-in Kitchen, Stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker & Keurig coffee machine. Seating for 6 at the dining table. Living room with large TV, gas burning fireplace. 2 Queen Bedrooms along with 1 Full bath with tub. Upstairs loft has 2 twin beds, a Roku TV, DVD player, fooze ball table & seating area complete with bean bags. Outside deck showcases a propane grill, dining table, propane fire pit & plenty of seating. Backyard has another wood burning Firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs & a hammock.

**All sheets, towels and pillows provided EXCEPT Blankets/comforters for beds. Please plan accordingly**

Beach/Pool towels are provided.

Outdoor security cameras record video 24/7 for our safety and guests' safety.

Parking for 4 vehicles is allowed on the driveway only. On street parking and grass is prohibited.

Amenities Badges MUST be purchased and with you when using any of the Emerald Lakes amenities and all vehicles must display association issued identification Amenity Badge. (Please note some amenities may not be available due to unforeseen closures, delayed hours, weather and seasonal closings).

Children 2 and under are FREE
1 day pass - $20.00 per person
3 day pass - $30.00 per person
7 day pass –$50.00 per person
These badges can be purchased from the HOA office and community center.

Baseboard heat throughout.

Air Conditioning located in Living room. 3 Portable fans are also provided.

Washer and Dryer in home.

Kayak with Life vests provided.

**A $200 refundable security deposit will be taken at booking for incidentals**
