It's not gated community, its close to Camelback (Ski & Water Park), Kalahari ( the largest Indoor Water Park on East Coast), Tobyhanna State Park ( huge lake, hiking, boat rental, fishing, beach, BBQ picnic areas, Pocono Mt. (Town) and Mount Air (casino).and 20 minutes to jack frost ski resort .10 minutes to crossing premium outlets .
Community offers indoor pool , outdoor pool , tennis court , 5 beautiful lakes .
