This apartment, building, and host are the most attentive I have ever seen. The attention to every detail makes for an incredibly special stay. The host and staff are all friendly and always available. Highly recommend.
This is a fabulous well-equipped apartment in the beautiful Upper West Side. We stayed one month and had a number of visits from friends. The location of this apartment could not be better. There are all kinds of restaurants and shops to visit. It is a quiet NYC neighborhood. We loved the vibe and the location. It is close to Central Park and the subway!
Terrific apartment on UWS NYC. Excellent for cleanliness, security, location, and organization of the apartment— efficient use of space. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was also great. The management team was also outstanding and and very present and helpful at all times.

This property is as advertised, very clean and spacious and suited our needs perfectly. While I stayed here with colleagues, I also stayed alone and always felt safe. The neighborhood is fantastic, wonderful restaurants and stores for our shopping needs. Izi was great to work with and very accommodating to the needs of our team.

A great place to stay
I loved staying here. The location is outstanding. The building and apartment are immaculate. The management is helpful and friendly. There was regular communication to make sure everything was ok and I had everything I needed. I was helped me with my luggage.
It is one block from Central Park, 4 short blocks from the Museum of Natural History. You can walk to just about everything you would need or want, including great restaurants, grocery and other shopping, music venues, and public transportation. I highly recommend staying here.
Our family had the pleasure of staying at Izzi's UWS brownstone garden unit for 3 months during our transition from NY to LA. We could not have had a more wonderful and positive experience! The host team went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were cared for. They were exceptionally responsive, paid great attention to every detail, and so warm, welcoming and kind. The unit was impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable with all the amenities a family would need for a long-term stay. The UWS location was exceptional. Overall, we give the apartment a glowing review. While we were sad to leave, when we venture back to NYC we will absolutely look forward to another visit!
We had a terrific stay in this wonderful apartment. It was very spacious and the back patio felt like a peaceful oasis in the big city. Location can’t be beat - close to everything but with that gracious UWS feel.
This is a fabulous property. It is in a great neighborhood on the UWS very convenient to shops, restaurants, and the subway. Izi and his team were very attentive and responsive and made us feel very welcome.

Stylishly decorated and completely updated apartment...Great location...Great neighborhood
We were so pleased to find ourselves in this lovely apartment and wonderful neighborhood. We were visiting New York for one month, knowing not very much about different neighborhoods and the complications of getting around town. First of all, there is so much to do just staying on the Upper West Side! But, as you head out and go up or downtown, Izi’s rental is in a great location for public transportation (which is what we basically used all the time). The services in the neighborhood are fantastic. So many “best” finds I really don’t know where to begin. Although I will say the local butcher, Hudson & Charles, is incredible!
Izi was always easy to work with whenever something came up. We really could not have asked for a more gracious host. Our stay was easy going, and Izi and his team (housekeeper & property manager) took excellent care of us.
Our month in New York was a cozy one. Thank you...

First class apt in UWS
This apt was perfect. First my husband stayed for 3 months on his own then out two kids and I joined him there for 2 months. We thoroughly enjoyed the yard, the location, the kitchen, the ability to bring our dog and Izi and Elio's attentiveness. The rooms are spacious for NYC. Everything is modern and new. It was well equipped with linens and kitchen necessities. The best part besides being one block from Central Park? The washer/dryer in the apt-it saved us! We would highly recommend this apartment and Izi to anyone.

Perfect home away from home
We arrived in June 2015 and stayed 3 months. This apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It has a second bedroom and bath so it was great for us to have guests which we did on a number of occasions. The owner and manager are always available at any hour if needed. The location of the apartment is within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and cafes. Central Park is only a block away. There's many things to do in the neighborhood where you can walk to. Some of our favorite places to eat were Jacob's Pickle on Amsterdam Ave. between W 84th and W 85th St. Another great place was Cotta (Osteria Cotta) on Columbus Ave. between W 84th and W 85th St. Delicious Italian food. It's a very well taken care of building and a great, safe neighborhood. The apartment has a lovely fenced in outdoor area and all the furnishings are top of the line and the rooms are decorated beautifully.
We had a wonderful time here and will definitely consider returning in the future.
