The dining room has a glass dining table with 4 chairs, a chest and shelves with the dedicated WiFi router.

The next room is home to a contemporary queen size bed with lots of storage, large closet with Custom Made Elfa Shelves opening to a terrace with a table, its umbrella and 4 chairs. The Bedroom has "between the Glass Blinds" doors through two sides which is quite unique.

The kitchen features, top of the line custom made cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. It is also fully stocked with all the basics you will need for day-to-day living: a toaster, coffee maker, and electric water kettle.

The European-tiled contemporary bathroom has a bathtub with a Grohe handheld and overhead shower in tub, extensive storage below and above the sink, and a toilet.

Please kindly note: $ 1,500 security deposit for up to a month stay and a full month security deposit for more than 30 days stay is payable to host when guests move in. The security deposit will be refunded after moving out by the host.
The utilities are to be discussed with the host for stays of 30 days or longer.
