We loved our stay at Wailea Beach Villas. The unit was the perfect size for our family and the location was perfect. The property managers were amazing and so accommodating. We had two beautiful pools, easy access to the beach and the grounds were so beautiful!

We loved our stay at this property. It was even better than we imagined. The location was stunning with a short walk to the beautiful beach and easy access to the family pool. It was well stocked with everything we could possible need.

The fourth bedroom was a den that was completely enclosed. The bed in that room is a queen Murphy Bed.

The perfect Maui location

The Villa is lovely. Great layout with well appointed kitchen and family space. Beds were comfortable. The adult pool is so relaxing with the beautiful ocean view. Close to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Wonderfully equipped. Fabulous location and view over the family pool.

We were 8 people incl grandchildren, their parents and siblings and the space was very comfortable. Loved having the grill right on the deck so it was easy to cook at home instead of going out tor every meal (especially important for the children), Lots of beach gear, a high chair, wonderfully equipped kitchen.

The location of this property is amazing. Right next door to a shopping center. Semi private beach access with minimal waves (perfect for our toddler). Location of the kids pool was perfect because the buildings blocked out wind if there was any. Staff on site was prompt and very helpful.

Family Wedding Trip

It was a difficult time to travel because of the devastating fires on West Maui. We made the decision to continue with our plans because of a family wedding at a nearby resort. We were kindly welcomed at the Villa and had a wonderful stay. The Wailea area is beautiful, and our family enjoyed the pools, beach, and exploring the shops and nearby resorts. The Villa is a perfect family gathering spot.

Property is great and close to beach. Outlets and great shopping area close by. Checkin process was very painful as staff at front desk was rude and racist. Won’t be staying at this property again. Property manager kept in communication and was responsive

Great week in Wailea

We appreciate the 4 bedroom unit- great location. We enjoyed yoga on Tuesday and Thursday and the proximity to the ocean and restaurants is perfect. A few things could be updated in the unit itself, but it was clean and worked well for 8 adults. The bedroom was quite dark- maybe new lamps w 3 way lightbulbs would help. The handle to the deck door falls off and a few refresh things could do the trick. Overall a great week!

Great villa but needs maintenance

The Villa and property was great but the unit needed some maintenance. Heavy Lanui door handle would fall off and could hurt your foot. Left blind in Master was damaged. Shower head in Master was leaking wasting water. Toilet tank in guest bathroom was always running Wasting water. Fixing these issue would make Villa a perfect fit for family vacation in Wailea.

Good Stay

Excellent location for families with a wonderful view. The kitchen is well stocked and all items in the kitchen were clean and in good condition. The owners were very responsive and helpful when needed. Check in was easy, very pleasant and welcoming. The resort employees were always knowledgeable and helpful at the pools and at the beach. The pools, beach and resort grounds are impeccable. The beach is expansive and has wonderful views.

We had a fabulous time at the Wailea Beach Villas! The customer service was excellent. The property and Condo was just like it was described on VRBO. We enjoyed: - Awesome pools - Short walk to the beach and Wailea shops - Complimentary Chair, umbrella and towel service at the beach - Compimentary coffee at the lobby each morning - BBQ on the patio - Beautiful view from the patio - The condo had beach chairs and toys for us to use! Wailea beach Villas location is perfect! It was so convenient to walk right over to Island Gourmet at the Wailea shops for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This store has is all! Mahalo!

Wonderful unit and location

We absolutely loved our unit. We had plenty of room for everyone, and the kitchen and grill on the patio made cooking in super easy. Everything was clean and operational. And, the location was wonderful. The beach access is right on the property, so you just walk a few minutes down the path (cement path with beautiful plants, trees, and water flowing along the way) to get the the beach. And, along the way, you walk by the family pool and then the adult pool (which also has a hot tub on the side). The beach and pool service was wonderful; they provided and set up the chairs and umbrellas to ensure we had shade and provided the beach towels as well. Everyone was extremely friendly and always happy to help. At the beach, we were able to access snorkeling easily, right from the beach. We saw beautiful fish and even sea turtles. There were shops that were right next to the property to get food, lunches/dinners out, or to just do a little shopping. There were also fantastic restaurants just a few minutes' drive from the Villas. All in all, I couldn't recommend this property more!
