Property managed very well. Best view in SC from the balcony. Very nice balcony chairs and tables. Rental agent should consider key fobs, pool bands and parking tags to be available at room so at check in and out guests doesn't have to go to separate location to pickup and drop off. Pool key fob definitely a hassle, should consider just the code as half the time the key fob would not work. 3rd bathroom lights wouldn't work it every time the light was turned on the GFCI outlet would trip with nothing in kitchen or bathroom running.

We understand the convenience of having these items readily available at the property and will certainly pass this feedback along to our rental agent team for consideration in our check-in and check-out processes. We also note your comments about the pool key fob being a hassle and the potential for a code system. This is valuable feedback, and we will explore this possibility to improve the guest experience. Finally, we sincerely apologize for the issue you experienced with the 3rd bathroom lights and the GFCI outlet tripping. This is definitely something we want to address.
