This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom multi-level condominium is located on the second floor of the building (stair access required). The main level features an inviting open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, convenient half bath, private washing machine and dryer, and an open-air lanai where you can relax and enjoy the tropical surroundings.

A brand-new split air conditioning system has recently been installed, providing air conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms for year-round comfort.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a comfortable King-size bed, ceiling fan, split AC, and a private ensuite bathroom. The guest suite offers a Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, split AC, and its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing privacy and comfort for family or friends.
