Located in the mountains just a few minutes from lake Almanor and Mountain town of Chester.Creeks, Hunting, Fishing, UTV or ATV mountain off-roading , within 2-3 miles distance.... Winter is special and beautiful with snow and perfect setting for Christmas and Thanksgiving away . 2 blocks away within walking distance is a quaint restaurant offering home cooked food. All towns people are very friendly welcoming all who visit. Spring is delightful in the pine tree setting all around. and the aroma of pine where squirrels, rabbits, deer are visible everywhere in the rustling woods..

Great location close to Lassen National Park. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and comfortable couch to relax on after long days of hiking. Good food at the nearby Mineral Lodge.

Mineral Cabin

Cute cabin and perfect for our family of 5. Host provided great communication! Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Felt like we were visiting a beloved family cabin. Kids enjoyed the playground close by. Would definitely stay again!!

Love this place

We loved this cabin! Fully stocked and has a dog run. Owners were very responsive when I couldn't figure out the heater. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Great stay

We had a very relaxing stay at this cabin. I love that the hosts put in basic essentials and treats for guests. Location was perfect, only a few minutes from the entrance of Lassen Volcanic National park.

Great cabin in close proximity to Lassen National Park, which was our goal. Property was incredibly clean, kitchen was well-equipped. There were additional nice touches, like snacks waiting for us after a long day of travel and toothbrushes set out for our use. So comfortable and cozy!

The closest you can get to Lassen Volcanic National Park. Very comfortable cabin that had everything we expected and more! Extremely clean, comfortable beds, heat, full kitchen, drip coffee, quiet neighborhood and good restaurant nearby but also isolated in nature. The washer & dryer were extras that came in handy after a couple of wet and muddy days hiking the park.Check-in was easy. No issues with the property.We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and comfortable. This was the best experience my Husband and I have had with a vacation rental. The hosts went above and beyond what is required. Lassen Volcanic base camp

This cabin made for a great base camp while visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park. It had everything we could need (and more) inside. The location was very close to the main road through the park and was within walking distance of the Mineral Lodge which had some great food.

Lovely property

I visited Mineral to hike in Lassen. The property was very well maintained and clean! Debi was incredibly helpful and responsive! I would very happily stay here again for my next visit!

Nice clean cabin close to Lassen National Park

This property is a nice, clean and well stocked cabin. Located in Mineral in a very low key neighborhood, it is not fancy but it is comfortable. It is priced fairly and has everything you need to be comfortable. I will stay here again.

Lovely Cabin

My husband and I were visiting Lassen Volcanic Park. This cute cabin in Mineral was the perfect location! Close to the park entrance, restaurant very close by, no other town would work as well. Property owners were very responsive answering questions and had recommended getting gas before leaving the main highway, so helpful as services are limited near the park . Cabin has all the basics and more. Great getaway, quiet and relaxing.

Marvelous cabin

The cabin is remarkably well equipped. It takes a while for the two heaters (propane and electric) to warm the rooms on cold days. The bed is very comfortable. The owners are very responsive.

This is wonderful

Living in a house gives the best impressions. Everything in the house is made with love and care. Every little detail is provided for, making your stay very pleasant. I would like to rate it six out of five, but there is no such option.
