This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4, with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with mountain views. Ideally located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for storage of vacation gear. There is also a ski locker available for guest use. The living area has a flat screen Smart TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. The sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets can be found in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four. The bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Construction across the street impedes the view. The place was clean and comfortable. Management company was attentive and quick to respond. Great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this place was nice. The location is conveniently located within reasonable walking distance to the gondola. We had a few minor issues that were not urgent, but we informed the management company and they were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 3 stayed here for 3 nights in February. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is awesome, only a few minutes walk to the gondola and village. Check-in was easy, and the onsite parking was great. We did not have a chance to use any of the facilities (pool, gym, ski locker, etc.). I would definitely stay here again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and had convenient access to the village and skiing. It is a bit of a walk to both, so definitely not ski in ski out. We used the free ski check at the gondola, so we could come in for lunch, bi-passing the crowds at the cafeterias and restaurants. The only issue we had was a dining room light fixture which flickered badly, couldn't use. It was also unclear in the directions on how to enter the parking garage and use of elevator to unload.

Awful experience

The unit smelled like cigarettes, trash was left by previous guest, tub does not drain, sheets were dirty, gym had no towels, no water, and no cleaning materials to wipe down equipment. Completely dissatisfied.
