The Space:
M11 Hotel aims to provide you with a satisfying and worry-free stay. We take pride in putting forth a relaxing and enjoyable experience, so you can sit back and take advantage of our common spaces, and what Tulum has to offer.

Your 1 bedroom unit will come with a fully stocked kitchen (no oven, just 2 burners), high speed Starlink internet, complementary coffee, a complementary jug of potable water, AC, access to a smart TV where you can stream your favourite shows via your favourite apps, and the basic towel and linen needs. The unit will also come stocked with shampoo, body wash, an iron, and a hair dryer. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to your unit, and to the common rooftop pool area.

There are always taxis on the corner of the street, by the Oxxo convenience store.

Pets can be accepted for an extra fee.
There is no longer a BBQ.
You must fill out the check-in form before arrival.

To ensure the safety of all tenants, this buildings is equipped with security cameras in the common area hallways, stairwells and entrances.
