This is a cute house in a nice family quiet neighborhood. Property overall clean. There was a smell that i think possibly comes from cleaner used on area rug. We had a couple issues with needing supplies but the property manager was responsive

Dog hair on furniture & bedding. Floors not cleaned, dirty dishes put in the cabinets & drawers. Yardwork hadn’t been done in months.I’m never booking that location again.Property manager wouldn’t come out to inspect, just wanted us to send him pictures.What a joke!

The Perfect Refuge

My husband and I decided to replace the flooring in our home, doing the whole house with the exception of two bedrooms. We realized after talking to the contractor that we needed to find a place to stay while the work was being done. We were fortunate to find this cute little house only a mile away from ours. There was plenty of room for us and our small dogs, including a huge backyard with a beautiful silver maple providing welcome shade. It was easily four times the size of our yard. The dogs spent a lot of time outside, patrolling and sniffing scents. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, with a nice family atmosphere. We felt very safe there, and enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for having such a nice, comfortable house, and for sharing it with us! Carol & Larry

The house is sweet in a great location. That being said, the yard was not dog safe. There was a hole in the fence that was covered with an aluminum baking dish(?).Another place had a loose board that my dog used like a doggy door to escape the yard. The second day we were there the smoke alarm started beeping like it had a low battery. The property manager told me he couldn't get there to fix it until the NEXT DAY. After many messages and phone calls he finally agreed to get someone out that day. YES! I could have fixed it myself but the alarm was, at least, 20 feet off the ground. My daughter is six feet tall and she stood on a chair with a broom and couldn't reach the reset button. It WAS fixed same day but would not have been if I didn't repeatedly message the manager and insisit that we could not stay with the alarm beeping every 30 seconds. It was stress that we didn't need on a vacation. Advised property manager of the fence but I would check the perimeter if your dog likes to adventure.
