This over the top deluxe studio condo is the perfect place to spend a luxurious, relaxing vacation right on the ocean's edge! Literally 20 feet from the ocean, you cannot beat the view from the lanai or inside the unit. . . perfect for lounging, dining, reading or cooking wonderful meals in the full size gourmet kitchen! You probably won't even want to leave the condo! (But you should ) All the comforts of home (plus maybe even more), but you're in Hawaii, enjoying the fabulous weather, sights, smells and sounds, in complete luxury. Beautiful stone flooring throughout. high end granite, teak paneling throughout, bamboo ceiling and teak/bamboo cabinets create an elegant interior. The sliding glass doors completely open up to allow the lanai to become part of the interior. .fabulous! The condo is an end unit on the 2nd floor of the desirable north end of the oceanfront building, so you can't get closer to the ocean than this unit without getting wet! This oceanfront condominium not only boasts first-class views, but has excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities as well.
Watch world class surfers ride the waves at Banyan's while dolphins frolic in their wake. Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that feed in the tide pools right in front and also come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!)

This condo has everything that you need to explore the big island. Very comfortable corner unit and plenty of turtles to see in the tide pool just outside Location is just south of the main drag in Kona. Great jumping off point to the entire island.

A little piece of paradise

Absolutely wonderful place with incredible views and the calming sound of waves 24/7. We loved having meals on the lanai and watching the sea turtles everyday. The full size kitchen was great and fully stocked with everything needed to make food. 10/10 would recommend!

We truly feel like we are in paradise. Right on the water. We watched the tide come in and out. The sunsets are awesome from the balcony. We ate dinner every night on the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need to settle in and stay awhile. Will definitely try to come back

Exceeded expectations!

This condo was well appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen in particular was stocked way above average with dishes, utensils, spices, etc. This allowed us to easily cook our own meals and enjoy the fantastic sunset each night. We enjoyed using the cooler for picnics and farmers markets. The beach toys, mask and snorkel, and board were all great for the beach. The host was responsive and made our stay comfortable.

This is the closest you could be to the ocean!

Excellent property! Right on the ocean! The balcony almost opens on the ocean! You hear the waves whole night long!! The place was clean and was well maintained - easy free parking. Drive 10 minutes north and you are in the hub with shopping and restaurants. Holly provided details to the dot and was accurate. Would go back again!

A room with a view...

I can not say enough about how great our stay was at this condo! The view was amazing ,the condo had absolutely everything we needed and Holly was extremely accommodating . My only recommendation would be adding supplemental air conditioner for humid days. Most days were pleasant, but the last day was very stuffy. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would love to stay in this unit again!

Little piece of paradise.

Stayed for 7 nights. This is a wonderful condo. Very clean and very well stocked. We had everything we needed for our time there. I would have given it an excellent except for the pool which could use some updating. The glass doors really are totally open to the ocean. Beautiful sunsets every night. It's close to town but not too close. Holly was wonderful to work with. She went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo.

Most beautiful condo right on the water!

We’ve stayed at several of Holly’s condos in Kona Bali Kai on the big island, and this one is our favorite if the two of us are traveling alone. It’s about 30 feet from the water, literally, and the waves roll in giving the most fantastic view! It’s beautifully decorated, the interior is gorgeous with teak and bamboo walls and ceilings, and it has a very comfortable California king bed. Tile bathroom and floors, and a very nice kitchen with all the little things we have at home. Outdoor BBQ’s are just downstairs right on the sea wall and each day, turtles came to feed in the afternoon right out in front of us. 2 beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler provided. Book ahead. This one is a gem but worth waiting for. Thanks, Holly.

The best of oceanfront easy living’!

My wife & I stayed here for ten days, & had a very relaxing and rejuvenating time. The lanai is literally a stones throw from the ocean, & was ideal for morning coffee and sunsets. It was also so nice to have the ocean lull us to sleep at night. The property is located a minutes drive from all the Kona amenities to the north, and also some nice snorkel beaches to the south. We enjoyed being close to all these options without being in the congestion and nighttime noise of Kona proper. A few minutes walk to the north is also a nice public white sand beach. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed. Wi-fi had a great connection. Holly was a highly responsive host invested in our experience and well-being. There were nice touches like little local snacks, coffees, etc set out for us. When we come back to the Big Island, we’d gladly stay here again.

Nothing but fabulous!

Our time at Holly's rental was nothing but fabulous! What a wonderful host she was! The location was perfect. Very easy to find. Right on the water. Dream of a lifetime! We were in Hawaii for almost 3 weeks and our week at Holly's was by far the best! It was well-stocked. We did not want for anything. The only thing we had to buy was our food. What a blessing that was! Going to sleep with the sounds of the waves, the smell of the ocean and a nice comfy bed... slept like a rock! Gorgeous sunsets right from our balcony.... Waking up to the sights and sounds of the ocean.... Wonderful church service right next door. Nice time in the pool and hot tub as well. I just can't say enough. Would give 10 stars if I could!!! We plan to stay there again next time we visit Hawaii.

Ahhhh, the waves!

We had a wonderful stay. Although the condo complex needs some updating the condo itself was perfect for us. Great location! And great communication with the host. The sound of the waves with being so so close to the ocean….Ah, it was the sound of paradise! (Possibly my favorite part)

Amazing location right on the beach

We hardly felt like we needed to go anywhere while we stayed at this lovely home. It was everything. I loved how we could open open the whole wall and have the beach practically in our room. The waves were super loud, but we LOVED it. Seriously so cool to sit on the lanai or just on the bed and watch and listen to the waves. They provided 2 sets of beach towels and ample other towels which was so nice! The snorkel equipment was one of our favorite things. They didn't leak and were amazing. We went to Kahalu'u beach state park which was super close and the snorkeling was breathtaking!! We took the beach chairs and umbrella to Manini'owali beach and loved sitting with our feet in the soft sand. Snorkeling was pretty good there as well! We were in love with our location. Oh, and the sunsets were to die for!!

Great Stay in Kona

In addition to obviously being beautifully furnished, this condo was clean and comfortable, and you really can't beat the ocean view from the lanai! The location is convenient to all Kona area activities. The only drawback is that the building is right on a relatively busy street, but I found that the sound of the ocean surf effectively drowns out any traffic noise.

This is the second time staying at one of Holly's properties and we are devoted fans.. communication was fast and easy as always. The unit is very thoughtfully arranged for a studio.. everything you need..and the lanai and view..sublime..I love just the little touches like having blinds on the lanai and the most comfortable bed and linens...we hope to be back thank you Holly!

Amazing place with unbeatable views and turtle sightings from lanai!

Lovely and spotless place with everything we needed. Sounds of ocean waves lulled us to sleep. Water and beaches in front. We watched turtles and gorgeous sunsets from lanai. Occasional conversations heard from people sitting at picnic table below, but they left after sundown. Poke place in the complex was also yummy! We hope to come back!

We had the most amazing trip! The condo is exactly how its described and the best part is the oceans waves. We had the beat sleep we've had in year's. My favorite part was watching the turtles every night come in to eat. I would definitely recommend this place! we are already planning our next trip to Hawaii! It's a magical place.

Wedding anniversary

The condo was exactly as described on VRBO. We loved it! Although some upkeep is needed. For example, the screen doors need replacing, too hard to open and close. The bed was uncomfortable and some new pillows and sheets would have made it nicer. The bath towels have seen better days. Overall it was wonderful!!

Perfect Stay
