About this property

You'll love your stay at this stunning 3 bedroom with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and only half a block to the beach! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is in the heart of Venice beach, just a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The space
This stunning condo is located on the top floor. Walk in to the huge living room space with 10 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. A large fireplace, a 75 inch TV and a comfy seating await you. To your left is the kitchen and dining area. Down the hall is the laundry room with a free washer and dryer for you to use. Then 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a bathroom. The end of the hall leads to the master suite with 2 queen beds, a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower, and a massive walk in closet.

There is also a rooftop deck, accessed by a ladder just outside the front door. Please be careful while climbing. The rooftop provides comfortable seating and ocean views :)

Great location for the beach----

The house handled the 7 of us well. It was two grandparents, two parents and three kids ages 17, 15 and 11. It was a perfect location close to the beach area. It was literally a 3 minute walk to Venice Beach with all its action. Santa Monica was just a few miles up the road. We rented e-bikes and were up there in a flash. Marina Del Ray was about the same distance in the opposite direction. The house was spacious, full of beautiful natural light, and a lovely roof deck (but with a little scary climb). The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen knives and sink were great. Justin was great to deal with. Roof top deck was great fun. A little challenge to climb the ladder to get there but I'm 77 and my wife is also and we did it without much trouble. Once on the deck it was a very relaxing place to hang out. The large screen tv in living room was very nice. We all enjoyed watching a show at night after a day in LA. There were a few areas that could use a little TLC but nothing major. I'm sure Justin will be addressing these soon. Several window handle cranks were broken off (bedroom and dining room) limiting some opening and closing, blinds not easily lifted up, sliding closet doors a little tough to slide. Had one beach chair and one beach towel, so if possible bring some. And some window cleaning is in order. All in all we had a great week, and we would come back!
