Located in Eagle, Co. you avoid the congestion of Vail yet have quick access to Vail, Beaver Creek and Edwards. (17 miles to Beaver Creek and 25 minutes to Vail).

Located 2000 feet below Vail, this location is ideal for anyone who is altitude sensitive.

Invite your friends and loved ones - this spacious home sleeps 8 in cozily appointed beds. Fisherman’s cabin charm lends this home distinct style and comfort.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

Rustic and elegant, with vaulted ceilings and pine beam accents, the main living space will make any sportsman feel like the king or queen of the Eagle River. Look out over the treetops and talk up your latest catch as you sit in front of a crackling fire in the stone fireplace. The wet bar off the sitting area is ideal for a post-fishing trip drink.

Cook and eat your catch in the fully equipped open kitchen with marble-topped breakfast bar. For a full-fledged feast, the adjacent dining area seats 8 - 12. And when you’re not fishing there’s plenty to do in the second living area downstairs, where you’ll find a large TV.

For those with a taste for luxury, the master suite features the same vaulted ceilings and rustic pine beams as the living area, a king-size bed, and a cozy gas fireplace separating the bedroom from the master bath. After a long day on the river, enjoy a soak in the jetted tub for two, warmth from the fireplace and sounds and views from the river or step into the walk-in shower with seating and stations for two.

The second bedroom, located on the lower level, is outfitted with a queen-size bed, and shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with the third bedroom, outfitted with a king. A downstairs fourth bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed in a pine frame and adjoining full bath.

And when you’re not casting a line but still want to enjoy the great outdoors, sumptuous outdoor living spaces abound. A sprawling wraparound porch offers a lounge area for up to 8, a propane grill for cooking up outdoor feasts and tables with bench seating to enjoy it.

Please note there is a long-term tenant/caretaker who lives in a separate entrance lock-off apartment above the garage. Your privacy is assured but he is there for instant help if needed. Please do not block his garage space on the left side of the garage. **4 Vehicles Max Please**

Great property, wondeful to be on the water. Everything we needed was at hand. Simple checkin and checkout. The mgmt was as responsive as any we have ever dealt with, they texted before our stay, when the unit was available and a couple times while on our stay. Always responsive in a few minuites. Absolutely a wondeful team to deal with and a wondeful property. If/when we are headed to Eagle again, this property will be at the top of our list.

Perfect Summer Getaway
This was our second time staying at this house, and we have loved it both times, once in the winter and once in the summer. We had four adults and two children, and the setup was perfect for our extended family. We will be back for sure!

Home Away From Home
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Sitting on the back deck while listening to the river and reading can’t be beat. Each room feels like a sanctuary. I noticed some major interior upgrades and am very impressed with the new management company. Will be back! Thank you so much for sharing your home.

What makes this property unique

The river naturally attracts wildlife. In the early mornings and evenings, we've witnessed deer, caribou, mountain sheep and other wildlife from the deck and living room and master bedroom windows. We have equipped the house with all the comforts of home.
