This custom built (2019) waterfront home is furnished with everything needed for your home away from home. This luxury home in a quiet cove on the north side of Lake Keowee is the place for you, family, and friends to enjoy lake life to its fullest…just bring your swimsuit. Spend days on the lake paddle boarding, Kayaking, Canoeing, floating on a Lilli Pad, floating on water chairs, swimming off the dock, or fishing. We provide all of these for your enjoyment.

For the boater, bring your boat or jet skis, or rent and keep at your private dock (17 feet deep) to explore the 300 miles of shoreline on Lake Keowee, waterfalls, jumping rocks and sandy beaches.

Soak in the Hot Tub while enjoying the lake view, sit around the outdoor firepit at night under the stars or spend days and evenings relaxing and grilling on the covered upper and lower porches.

Enjoy hiking? You are within minutes’ drive to some of the best in South Carolina - Keowee Toxaway State Park (7 min), Devil’s Fork, and Table Rock State Parks both 20 min.

For the golfers, The Rock Golf Club and Resort is a 20-minute drive.

For the Tennis/Pickleball players, a court is minutes away in our gated community.

Dining, bars and shopping in Seneca, Clemson Easley and Pickens are a 20–30-minute drive.

At the end of the day relax in this 4,400-sf home, with an open-concept floorplan and lake views from almost every room. Enjoy the great room with vaulted-ceiling and floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Open the glass sliding doors and enjoy almost year-round outdoor living on the oversized porch, with lakefront and backyard views. The great room flows seamlessly into a true gourmet kitchen, outfitted with a Jenn Air 6-burner cooktop and double ovens. A large island comfortably seats four, while the adjacent eat-in dining space seats six.

Located on the main floor is the master suite, another bedroom, a laundry room with storage, half bathroom, and an oversized attached 2-car garage. Upstairs includes a huge bonus room and bedroom. Downstairs is a true party space offering a large area with kitchenette, wine frig, pool table and den for TV watching. Two additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms complete the bottom floor living area.

Wonderful lake stay

The house is beautiful and the dock is located in a great location for relaxing and swimming. The use of the paddle boards and floats was awesome and the kids didn’t get bored. The house is decorated beautifully and has anything you could want or need. Loved all the extra special conveniences, like the bedside chargers and lake inspired drinkware for the dock. We had groceries delivered and enjoyed our time at this lake oasis. Our kids loved the separate upstairs bedroom for them and the layout of the house was really well thought out for families. The driveway is a bit steep and a little nerve racking coming from a place with no hills, but that is fairly common for this area. We loved our stay and hope to come back next time we are in the area. We highly recommend this home and there was great communication with the owners.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Lake Keowee home. With our hometown recovering from a hurricane, this trip was a much-needed escape—and the lake’s beauty truly reminded us of home.The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We loved the open living space, stunning lake views, and well-stocked kitchen. The dock and quiet cove were perfect for days on the water. We spent hours boating, tubing, wake surfing, and exploring little coves. The kids had a blast, and there were plenty of water toys and life jackets provided, which made everything so easy.After long days on the lake, it was great to relax in the hot tub, grill on the porch, and sit by the fire pit in the evenings. The location was peaceful, yet close enough to boat ramps, coffee shop & gas station. This home truly made our trip special, and we left feeling relaxed and grateful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and beautiful lakefront retreat!

We are originally from Pittsburgh, PA and after a few years of searching for a destination where our family and friends could gather, we found and fell in love with Lake Keowee, its beautiful surroundings and this great house in February of 2023.

Why they chose this property

Cedar Creek is a gated community located right on Lake Keowee and just minutes from Lake Jocassee, Keowee Toxaway State Park, Table Rock State Park and also only 30 minutes to Clemson University and downtown Seneca.

What makes this property unique

Our home is situated in a small cove on the northeast side of the lake. The dock and lake are only a few easy steps away and almost every room in the house has a great view of the lake. The family and kids can swim off the dock, paddle board, kayak, and fish at any time and others can enjoy watching them from the upper and lower decks. You can dock you boat or jet skis at our private dock to enjoy the lake. It is a very cozy home for gatherings with friends and family.
