The house is a detached house in an urban area but in a very quiet street. It has a large living room and kitchen. There are two bedrooms with double beds. The larger bedroom has air conditioning, and the smaller one has a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is small but has everything you need. There is a courtyard with a barbecue and a table with chairs. It's very quiet with trees around. There is one parking space. The metro is a 20-minute walk away, and the nearest market is a 10-minute walk away, which includes an uphill walk on the way back. The market is located on a main road with all means of public transportation as well as taxis. In the area, there is also a commercial street with large stores where you can buy everything you need (about a 20-minute walk from the house). Agia Paraskevi is a large city in Attica that is 20 minutes away from the center of Athens (Acropolis-Monastiraki) by subway. The nearest stop to the house is Nomismatokopio station. The airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the house. It takes about 1 hour by subway. We can also provide transportation to and from the airport at an additional cost.
