Welcome to our environmentally conscious townhome just steps from Green Lake Park. The spacious layout offers two living room areas on separate levels, two designated workspaces on separate levels, a gourmet kitchen, a dining table for family style dinners, and a spacious master suite with tons of storage organizers, and an ensuite bathroom. Head up to the furnished rooftop deck to relax and absorb the beautiful views from sunrise to sunset.

The property is set back from the street in an enclosed type townhome setting. To access the property, there is a half flight of steps up from the sidewalk to enter the exclusive common area of the neighboring townhomes.

Our professional local property manager is available to assist guests during the stay and can be reached through the hosting platform.

Guests have access to the entire house and roof top deck. There are no shared spaces.

Come on in to the ground level living area with a Smart TV and a workspace. A bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bathroom are located on this ground floor level as well. Up one flight of steps is the grand kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining table for 4 and the main living area with another Smart TV. The entire master suite occupies the third level in an open concept layout with a workspace, plus a private ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and laundry area. Above the master suite is a rooftop deck furnished with cozy seating and an umbrella to shelter you from the sun or rain.

Everything was great! Everything we needed was available! And host response time was quick! A parking spot for the unit would be the only upgrade that I can think of although we did not have too much trouble finding parking :)

This property was a delightful place to spend our vacation! The condo is well-appointed, comfortable, and located within walking distance of a nice grocery, many good restaurants, and Green Lake itself. The roof-top patio was a nice place to relax both day and night. Getting to I-5 and the rest of Seattle for day trips was easy from here. The street parking could be a little worrisome, but we did always find a spot when we needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Clean & Comfy in the Heart of Green Lake

This is a fabulous property in the heart of Green Lake. Dre’s place is nicely appointed, very well stocked, very comfortable, and sparkling clean. It’s within walking distance to restaurants, grocery markets, shops, gyms, and the Green Lake park. Finding street parking can be a bit challenging but that’s an issue in much of Seattle’s neighborhoods. Highly recommend staying here!

This Green Lake spot is worth every penny. Relax on the rooftop, take a 5 minute walk to Green Lake parks and trails, or take just a few steps to Latona Pub, a neighborhood gem with world class comfort food. As noted, this place is not for those without full mobility - you will use stairs, a lot - but this was a nice layout that made us feel more in vacay mode somehow. Dre was highly communicative and accommodating as our plans changed and I really appreciated the concrete floors in a dog-friendly house in a rainy city. Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect Location

You couldn't ask for a better location... walking to Green Lake, restaurants and a market. The inside was just as shared in the property images and descriptions. The property manager was very responsive with all our questions. The only complaint is that parking is very tight and not always easy to come by. I would recommend this property to all my family and friends, just make sure you have your parallel parking skills in tact. :)

Green Lake, Seattle condo stay.

We rented this condo for five nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. It is in a great location, just a short walk to Green Lake Park. The condo appears quite new and modern, with everything we needed for our get together. The unit was immaculate, especially the 2nd floor kitchen and living room and the master bedroom on the third floor. There was also a very nice rooftop deck with chairs, but the weather was too cool for us to really use it. A standout in our stay was the responsiveness of the property manager, Dre, to a problem that arose during our stay. Dre was on top of it as soon as I messaged her and got things taken care of. Overall a great place to stay.

Green Lake is located about 15 minutes North of Downtown Seattle. A proud community of inviting outdoorsy local flair boasts an array of cafe's, coffee shops, fine restaurants, retail shopping, wellness services and other public conveniences. Green Lake Park has a year round 2.8 mile waterfront walking trail and a 3.1 mile outer permitter trail. Non motorized water activities such as paddle boards and kayaks are permitted on the lake. The park also provides a serene setting for picnics, and it's dog friendly! Woodland Park Zoo is located nearby as well. Guests have access to the entire house and roof top deck. There are no shared spaces.
