I had a wonderful stay here. Dre's place is quiet, clean, inviting and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for - and excellent host communication as well. I got to enjoy spending time at a great cafe a block and a half away and walking around Green Lake with my dog. Would absolutely stay here again!
The townhome was great for my family - lovely hang out space and comfy beds. And being able to walk to green lake and nearby shops was a win. Had two park two blocks away our first day, other days found a spot very near the townhome.
I have stayed here before and both times it has been wonderful. Thank you for creating such a great place to stay while visiting Seattle. Location, accommodations, and communication were all excellent. I look forward to visiting Seattle and hopefully staying at your place again. Thank you, Dre, for being such a wonderful host.

Thank you Cari.
I look forward to the opportunity to have you back again.
Lovely property and a great location - close to Green Lake and all the amenities the neighborhood has to offer. Street parking was sometimes difficult to come by, but I never had to park further than a block away.
This property is well maintained and is very close to Green Lake, which we love. The master bed is very comfortable. We had everything we needed and the communication with the property manager was excellent. HIghly recommend!
Dre was so easy to communicate with and was very welcoming. The space was the perfect size for our family. The condo was clean and in close proximity to where our family lives in Seattle. Great central location to get to different parts of the city. Would highly recommend!
Property listing is accurate and as described. Checkin and checkout was very easy. Host was very responsive. We generally had no issues finding a parking spot on the street. Easy walking distance to PCC for groceries, and a good number of restaurants/coffee shops/bars nearby. And of course, great proximity to Greenlake for a walk around the lake.

This is a wonderful townhome in a walkable neighborhood just outside Seattle’s core. Our little pooch loved the walks just like we did and we were lucky enough to enjoy some sunny autumn days. The home itself has such nice appliances, showers, sinks and hardware for a rental. It felt like home and we will return next time we travel to Seattle. Thank you!
We enjoyed the ease of walking to various locations, restaurants, stores, etc. Lovely home with 3 stories plus a roof garden. Lots of stairs, but a delightful layout with privacy for all parties. Bunk beds worked out fine with bathroom right next door. Master bedroom up above living room and we enjoyed the separation of space. No parking, but we found we didn't need a car. If you're visiting the Hearthstone retirement home nearby, it's an easy walk. Highly recommend!

We found this Voro more decorative than functional. It may be challenging to charge your devices since there are only two USB ports (next to the Keurig). The best was the bed and the sound system. The distance of the showers from the tankless
water heater and fine tuning of the water flow made us skip using the showers. The TV has many functions accessible from a complex remote without instructions. We used screen mirroring to play content from an iPad on part of the screen.
