Welcome to a comfortable quiet setting in our adorable dog friendly townhome. Located in the heart of the Green Lake Community surrounded by an abundance of walkable attractions. Our place is perfect for outdoorsy travelers seeking nearby recreation. Upgraded features, modern finishes, floor to ceiling windows and air conditioning provide an inviting upscale experience. Head up to our private furnished rooftop deck to relax and absorb the beautiful views from sunrise to sunset.

The property is set back from the street in a row townhome setting. To access the property, there are a few steps up along the walkway to the front door.

Our professional local property manager is available to assist guests during the stay and can be reached through the hosting platform.

Guests have access to the entire house and roof top deck. There are no shared spaces.

Come on in from the ground level entry to a bedroom, a full bathroom with tub, and a laundry area on the first floor. The middle level is where you'll find the cozy living and dining space, perfect for family style dinners and movie nights. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is on the third floor. Above the master suite is a rooftop deck furnished with comfortable cushioned seating and an oversized umbrella to shelter you from the sun or rain.
Walking is recommended for getting around the Green Lake area, as parking can be scarce.
Grocery stores and other commerce locations may have private parking on site, but public street parking can be tough to find, and could require a fee.
A car service or public transportation is best for visiting Downtown Seattle attractions and a for commuting to work.

A proud community of inviting outdoorsy local flair boasts an array of cafe's, coffee shops, fine restaurants, retail shopping, wellness services and other public conveniences. Green Lake Park has a year round 2.8 mile waterfront walking trail and a 3.1 mile outer permitter trail. Non motorized water sports such as paddle boards and kayaks are permitted on the lake. The park also provides a serene setting for picnics. And it's dog friendly! Woodland Park Zoo is located nearby as well.
