Magnificent 3000 sq ft lake home featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private lakefront dock, gourmet kitchen, great room, basement, large deck, screened in porch with BBQ & fire pit, 2 fireplaces, AC, high-end furnishings, appliances, and home entertainment.

The Lake Home is located near Tiger Bay and is fully recreational providing the best water-skiing and tubing on the lake. The shoreline by the water gradually gets deeper so there are no “drop offs” and the lake shore bottom is sandy with a few rocks. Kids of all ages will enjoy the lake and fishing off the dock!

Comfortably decorated 3-level home sleeps 8 adults with driveway parking for more than 4 vehicles.

The Main Space
Entry Level
The entry level is spectacular! It hosts a well-appointed kitchen featuring stainless appliances. The living and dining areas are tastefully furnished with a wood burning fireplace. The first two guest bedrooms (2 twins and 1 queen) reside on this level tucked away from the living room with a full bathroom.

2nd Level (walk out basement)
The 2nd level hosts a den with fireplace, high-def smart TV, sound system, foosball table, guest bedroom with bunk beds (full and twin), wet bar, bathroom, laundry, and walk out deck. The perfect, cozy space to watch your favorite movie or sports game. Streaming services available. New additions to the level includes pool table and fully electronic dartboard.

3rd Level (above entry)
The Master Suite is the only room on this level and is equipped with a pillow top king size bed, private deck with rocking chairs, walk in closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The bathrooms on all 3 levels feature spa-quality towels and toiletries.

Outdoor Living Space
Placing an equal emphasis on outdoor living, The Lake Home features 2 fully appointed decks with treetop and lake views. Featuring ample seating, BBQ, and fire pit. New additions include a swim raft in the lake along with two stand up paddle boards for guest use.

Small Details
The property has everything expected from a luxury lake home. The kitchen is complete with high quality cookware, utensils, and gadgets as well as a coffee maker. The bathrooms are well stocked with plush towels and spa quality toiletries. The laundry comes complete with washer & dryer. Beach towels and inflatables are provided for all of your lake adventures at no additional charge. AC and WI-FI included.

Cumberland
Shops, grocery store, antique stores, playgrounds, and restaurants/bars are a quick 10 minute drive to Main Street. Award winning Louie’s Meat is minutes away, too!

Strict no pet policy. If violated we reserve the right to impose a $500 additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to vacate the property.

IMPORTANT:
There are a substantial number of steps going down to the lake.
Four wheel drive is recommended in the winter to access our home.

The only camera on property is on a smart deadbolt on the garage, which is not accessible for guests.

We had a super great experience here. Just stayed for the weekend, but we had a wonderful time. The house was super, super clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. There are a LOT of steps down to the dock, but it is well worth it to sit by the lake, go for a swim, or take one of the paddle boards out. Wonderful Lake Home

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake home. The home was very clean and as pictured in the listing. The home was well stocked in the bathrooms and kitchen. It was nice to have the basement area with games, we spent a lot of time there. It was chilly so the fireplaces were wonderful. The view of the lake was very nice from the main level living area. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Very lovely lake home

The property was beautiful and our family loved the privacy and lushness of the grounds. The interior of the home was open and light and well appointed. Great winter retreat!

We were a group of four ladies just wanting a long weekend at a cabin with a real fireplace. This property was amazing! The owner allowed an early check-in as we find driving in the dark to be challenging. So kind and always prompt to reply. Confortable beds, bathroom amenities, and fully stocked kitchen with everything to make our meals. We have already booked for our January 2026 weekend. Thank you!!!

Felt like home from the moment we arrived. Beautiful luxurious cabin decorated very tastefully. Quiet and peaceful. Has everything provided utensils, cups, plates towels, plenty of cabinet and refrigerator space. the flat top and charcoal grills made cooking a breeze.It's located less than 10 minutes from town for groceries and anything else we needed.

Great Family Getaway!

This spot in Cumberland was great for our family to get together and enjoy lake life. We had 7 adults and 1 toddler and room to boot! Accommodations were very nice, updated, and all that we needed for a 3 night stay. Yes, there are a lot of stairs to the water, but totally manageable and mastered by our 2 year old multiple times. Great and large lake, multiple outdoor spaces to gather and relax, easy to find, right down the street from golfing, and the flat top grill was icing on the cake! Our host was very responsive and so excited to share the space. Would stay again!

Family fun for 5

5 of us (all adults) enjoyed 5 days. We swam, paddle boarded (brought our own and used the two provided), played games and read a lot of books. We were delighted with everything and I want to give a big shout-out to our hosts and all the communication. I enjoyed the stairs and one night we enjoyed a small fire. A Quintessential Luxury Northwoods Cabin!

We were here for a reunion of 4 sibling couples and other family- it was PERFECT for that!!! A clean and beautifully decorated 3600 sq ft luxury cabin on 3 levels- with walkout decks on all 3 levels, well- equipped gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, and lakeside frontage with dock. HUGE great room with views down to the lake, and large den-like area on lowest level with bedroom. Large firepit area about halway down to the water and dock (which unfortunately we didn't use due to 80-90 degree temperatures but would have otherwise). Very quiet and peaceful location, yet still close to town for shopping, etc. Owner/ manager was very responsive to a couple of minor questions we had. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND- especially for 6-8 people!!!
