The cabin was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Nice and quiet. Had lots of games to play with the kids and kayaks to explores the lake.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cardinal Cabin over MEA break. Comfy beds and couches, all the amenities you’d need to cook during your stay, cozy gas fireplace, plenty of firewood for outdoor fires, nice dock for fishing off of, and a fun foosball table in the basement! Beautiful walks down their rode and they let us bring our three dogs, which was so nice. Highly recommend for family time and wanting to escape - loved it was only an hour and half away from the twin cities. Will definitely be back.
