We would definitely recommend this place. It’s especially wonderful for people who like to go on bike trails. The bike trail is super close, basically runs along the tree line in the backyard. Also, the hub for everything in Xenia is just around the corner for other trails. The house was super clean, very well decorated, very cozy and inviting. It’s also very quiet, which was very important to me. We would definitely give this place 5 ***** and recommend this host!!!!

This was a perfect gals weekend retreat! Weather was gorgeous, could walk the trail to many places and just a short drive to Yellow Springs. Enjoyed every minute, outdoor patio was used every nite, so many amenities & extras we didn’t have to worry we forgot anything. So much fun!

This was the perfect place for a girls trip! The house was wonderful with lots of space outside with a fire ring and lots of outdoor seating. It is near a bike trail, very friendly area, felt very safe. Everyone we met in the lovely town was so friendly. We will be back to do it again next year!

Great place to stay if you're riding bike trails in Xenia area. House was very clean & very comfortable.Keurig coffeemaker & a selection of coffee pods are provided. Minor hiccup with getting correct code for door, but host was quick to get it resolved.
