This luxurious three-floor home is newly renovated! The main floor living room has been enlarged and new windows have been added to enhance the amazing views. The new floating stairs lead to the 3rd floor with guest bedroom and bathroom, and the huge newly remodeled master bedroom suite. The main floor wrap-around sunroom has floor to ceiling windows. This space will allow you to enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the comfort of the home. Brookside has an additional living area on the first floor, 2 fireplaces, 5 bedrooms, 4 beautiful bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a kitchenette and this stunning home is stocked with numerous games, snowshoes, and fishing poles. It also has two 65" TVs with cable. Brookside provides free Wi-Fi so you can work remotely.

When you want to relax indoors, enjoy the two large gas fireplaces that operate with a remote. These vented gas fireplaces are top of the line 60,000 BTU White Mountain Hearth, model Ponderosa and they look and feel extraordinarily like the real thing. The beautiful open kitchen is great for hosting shared meals and the many community rooms give plenty of space for your family to spread out or to come together. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with an island featuring a five-burner gas cooktop. This space is perfect for cooking, entertaining and sharing culinary masterpieces. Friends and family can join around the island, conversing while enjoying their favorite beverages.

When relaxing at the house you enjoy breathtaking four-season views of the Killington Mountain range and Killington Golf course. The huge yard provides a private park-like setting. The vast lawn provides the perfect playground for sports, family games and snowball fights. The home has a private estate like feel. You cannot see other houses from anywhere on the property. Yet you are less then a half mile to the downtown grocery for your morning sandwich or coffee.

Brookside has wonderful and luxurious finishes throughout the property. It is a large home yet very private. The six-person hot tub overlooks the breathtaking views of both the Killington Mountain range and the Killington Golf Course. A wonderful way to relax at the end of the day.

For your convenience quality bath towels, facecloths, hand towels, sheets, comforters and bar soaps are included in each bedroom.

Welcome to Brookside in Killington!

If you are using the “Request to Book” feature, please provide us with the following information with your Reservation Request.

1. Number of adults in party and their ages.
2. Will the adults be traveling as couples or singles.
3. Number of children in party and their ages.
4. Occupation of adults.

Providing us with this information allows the screening process to be conducted in the 24-hour window that HomeAway/VRBO provides owners to accept “Request to Book” reservation requests.

A $3,000 security is required for booking Brookside.

"IMPORTANT"

We ask that shoes are removed prior to entering the house. We recently installed new white oak custom floors and new carpeting on the lower and upper levels.

No pets are allowed at Brookside. Owners have allergies to pet dander.

Please make sure you include the completed and signed “Lease Agreement” with your initial deposit. It is attached to the system as a PDF.

During the winter months we suggest using a 4-wheel drive vehicle for your visit.
