Welcome to Okemo Meadows! A private, 100-acre family retreat with scenic pond located only 10 minutes from Okemo Mountain Clocktower Ski Lodge and 6 minutes from downtown Ludlow, with the best shops, restaurants and bars around!

In the winter, enjoy snow shoeing right on property. Hit one of five ski mountains ranging from 10 minutes to 30 minutes away. Vast snowmobile trails are accessible via short drive (about 15 minutes).

Explore the 100 wooded acres, relax on the wrap around porch with views of nearby mountains, enjoy the pollinator gardens or light up the firepit next to the pond. So much to do at Okemo Meadows, you may not want to leave!

Fall foliage is absolutely spectacular with views of rolling hills and mountains visible from the Adirondack chairs on the porch. Or, enjoy a scenic drive through the hills and mountains directly off property.

In the spring and summer take advantage of nearby lakes, state parks, Long Trail, Appalachian Trail and National Forests. Or, simply enjoy the 100 acres the property has to offer. The pollinator gardens are truly spectacular and filled with butterflies. Lightning bugs roam at night. Relax by the fire pit, enjoy dinner outside or a glass of wine on the porch.

The house offers four bedrooms all on the second floor (king, king, queen, and two bunks: twin-over-twin and twin-over-full). The master suite is truly an oasis with a full en-suite bathroom and vanity area. The second King bedroom is spacious and inviting while the queen bedroom is the perfect cozy spot to tuckaway in. The kids bunkroom is full of delightful touches that the kids are sure to enjoy.


Your stay comes with many amenities: toiletries, AC in both king bedrooms, a full house fan that cools the house on warm summer days, a fully stocked kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, exceptionally fast WiFi, firepit, Adirondack chairs, outdoor seating and dining area, grill...just to name a few features!

There are multiple family spaces, from a cozy library/TV room to a spacious entertaining space. Adults and kids alike will enjoy relaxing inside and outside the house. There are toys and games for guests to enjoy and a dedicated work space.

In addition, Okemo Meadows is just minutes away from some of the best attractions in central Vermont.

Guests have full access to over 5,000 square feet of living space on the main and second levels. The basement level is not accessible to guests. We also have a beautiful pond next to the house, but we do not allow swimming in it.

Have a four-legged friend? They are totally welcome with an additional $150 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along at the time of your booking!

Per our listing, Okemo Meadows has a ten-person limit per stay. Any guests above this limit will be charged $500 per person.

Four wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter time to access the house. We are located off of town maintained roads.

Additionally, per our listing, this is a “no smoking” property, and that applies to both inside and outside our home. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fee.

* Please remove shoes when in the house. Absolutely no ski or snowboard boots in the house.
* No smoking in the house or on the property
* No swimming is allowed in the pond.
* Do not use the fireplaces, they are capped
* If using the outdoor firepit, please use the available bucket to dump pond water/snow on the fire until it is completely extinguished.
* We ask that pets remain off furniture and beds.
* Pick up all pet waste and place in trash bins in the garage. Absolutely no pet waste left outside on the property.
* Please keep noise to a minimum, both inside and outside the home
* Per our listing, we have a ten-person maximum in this house. Unauthorized overnight guests will be charged $500 per person.
* Per our listing, this is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will incur a $500 fine.

WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use The Estate at Okemo Meadows' features, facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts, pond, and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features inclusive of the scenic pond and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the fire pit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
