Welcome to this charming 4/2 house with a cozy fireplace and plenty of rooms for your comfort. It features a versatile entertainment area with a combination tennis and pool table, offering endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. Enjoy friendly matches or simply unwind in this inviting home.
The space
Our stunning rental property boasts a sleek and modern hotel design, with stylish decor and plenty of natural light. The spacious living room features comfortable seating and a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen is designed with both form and function in mind, with sleek countertops and top-of-the-line appliances.

Each of our four bedrooms is beautifully appointed with plush bedding, luxurious linens, and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom is particularly impressive, with a king-size bed, elegant artwork, and a convenient working desk. The en-suite bathroom features a large soaking tub and a separate shower, with plenty of fluffy towels and high-end toiletries provided.
Guest access
At our rental property, we want you to feel right at home – and that means having access to every space in the house. With the exception of a maintenance closet that is kept locked, you are welcome to explore and enjoy every corner of our beautiful home.

We do ask that you respect the privacy of any locked areas, including the maintenance closet. This closet contains everything needed for housekeeping, and is kept securely locked to ensure that our guests have everything they need to enjoy a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

So whether you're curling up by the fireplace, preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or soaking up the sun in the backyard, you can rest assured that you have access to everything you need to make the most of your stay.

The location of the property is amazing, nice green space and we saw at least 10 to 15 deer each day. House is very nice and very well layed out.

Very clean and comfortable

Host was very responsive with the small issues we had. (Needed towels were delivered the same day). I recommend this house which is very clean and close to shopping areas and the Colorado River Refuge.

Great House for Families and Adults

House is perfect for families or just adults. Is in a nice quiet neighborhood and slept all 10 of us comfortably. House was extremely clean, and the kitchen was stocked well. We appreciated having coffee, spices, and cooking oil available so we didn't have to purchase. The small ping pong/pool table provided alot of fun for all. Nice deck in the back to drink morning coffee or relax. Location was very close to historic downtown, Bastrop State Park, and the Colorado River Refuge which had great hiking trails and good location to swim or launch your kayak. Host responded within minutes to every communication before and during our stay. If we are in the area again would not hesitate to stay there again.

Overall the stay was very pleasant however, much to our surprise when we returned the first evening, we found my grandson’s clothes he had left on the floor covered with large ants. There was no food in the room to draw the ants and we wondered how they had invaded his room, which was where the bunkers were situated. We did enjoy the amenities of using the well stocked kitchen and use of the laundry room.

Worked well for us with small exceptions

This was a group of 7 adults for the MotoGP race weekend. Nice that we could use the garage to store our bikes. Exterior of the house was neglected (yard) but the interior was super clean. Soft towels and soap/shampoo worked out very well. Bunk beds creaked like mad but the other beds were great. Furniture in the home is very cheap so be careful. As a whole, the host was VERY communicative and we had everything we needed.
