We arrived and another group was staying in the house - it was double booked ! The owners reply “ I guess go get a hotel” unacceptable! The house is also in a rundown area off beltway 8, not a very safe area - avoid this location

This was an issue with calendar syncing. If you would have stayed there you would not make these comments. The location is very convenient and house is by no means run down. It is a very safe area as I have lived here for 5 years.
