About this property

Oceanfront, Wild Dunes home just steps from the surf. Absolute oceanfront three story home with premium panoramic views second to none!. As you enter, the front door you immediately see the ocean and beach front views. The living area is very open with a combination living room/dining room and kitchen with a large granite top breakfast bar. The kitchen features a Viking stove and subzero refrigerator/freezer. The second floor includes one bedroom and full bathroom.
On the third floor is the oceanfront primary bedroom suite with setting area. Primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and double sinks. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor joined by a center bathroom between them. This shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination with single sink.

The top floor (4th floor) includes a large game room and one bedroom with a full bath. Game room has a large flat screen TV, wet bar, pool table and opens up to another ocean front sundeck. It doesn't get any better than this!

Notes: TV in every bedroom, WIFI, washer, dryer, gas grill (propane tanks may be exchanged during regular business hours), exterior beach shower, linens included. Please note cell phone service is limited in some areas of Wild Dunes. No smoking. No pets. Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes. Top floor game room does have a queen blow up mattress in the closet. Elevator & fireplace are not usable.

Beautiful view, lots of room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here. The view is fantastic and you can’t get any closer to the beach. Just a few steps out the back and you’re at the dunes. Five bedrooms and the master BR is gigantic with lots of windows. There were nine of us staying there, including three teenagers, and we had plenty of space for each other. Other reviews will say the furniture is outdated and the house needs some repair let me tell you this was a non-issue. The furniture was comfortable, and the repairs that are needed are cosmetic. I would gladly be this close to the beach at this price instead of being concerned about those issues. We’ve been to Wild Dunes several times and stayed at different places. We’re coming back here next time. You can’t beat the space, view and location at this price.

Beautiful place, beautiful views for good fun and memories

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for me and my family. Space and views for days. Island Realty was nice and professional from the time I got the text to come by to pick up the keys and packet for check-in to the checkout. The process was so easy. The house was perfect for our NYE gathering. The only issue I say that people should know is that if you have problems with lots of stairs this may not be the type of setup especially if you have members that are elderly or have disabilities. The house has an elevator but not for use. The furniture on the top floor is dated, but it's enough seating for sure up there, but beautiful views. The refrigerator I read people had issues with it. What I don't think people realize is that the freezer is down at the bottom and the refrigerator part is up top. Found that out the next day when my veggies were frozen along with some drinks... LOL

Thanksgiving in Isles of Palms

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Views, Location and access to the beach was exceptional and house size was great! However, there was mold on the shower curtains and around the master shower base. Also, stove and freezer were not operating properly.Finally, the furniture in living room and third floor need updating. and freezer did not function well. Finally, furniture needs upgrading.

Beautiful views from everywhere in the house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has gorgeous views, right on the beach. The location was great, like something from a movie, but further from restaurants and stores. The house is very big, but dated and in need of some care. Beautiful porches to sit on but very uncomfortable chairs. Light bulbs burnt out. Cranks removed from windows so you couldn’t open them. Dead insects in windows, sand under throw rugs not cleaned up. The garage door spring fell apart trapping our car and the door was so bad panels started to fall apart when maintenance tried to lift it. Had to get garage door company to remove the door the next day. The rental company was very responsive to my calls for help.
