Look over water on your front deck. Awesome cottage completely rebuilt in 2019. Located accross from Marina. 15 minutes to Grand Bend, 5 minutes to trails,Golf Course. 5 minutes to
Provincial Park. 5 minute bike ride to private beach. Parking for 3 cars plus your boat. Laundry room, plus linens supplied. Kitchen fully stocked. 3 bedrooms 1 with queen bed,1 with 2 double bunks,i with a fold down futon.

It was perfect for what we needed during our stay.The private beach was nice. The only issue we had was the fan didn't work in the second bedroom and there was a couple of piles of dog poop in the yard that we almost stepped in.

I was not aware of fan not working it will be fixed immediately. I never had any dogs in cabin before Taija. The cleaners always clean the poop in yard. I will have to talk to cleaner. Aswell i will be checking it myself.

Small property. Bedrooms small also bathroom very small and needing work. Very nice area. The private beach was awesome! Norm was great to deal with and responds very quickly.

Yes the cottage is not large. But everything was updated in 2019. I try my best to keep the property up. I always hire cleaners. You cant please everyone. Its a cottage not a mansion.

Very cute, clean and cozy! My friends and family had a great time while here. We couldn't find the private beach but we were only a short drive to Grand Bend, which we spent 2 separate days at. Norm was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The yard was lovely to relax and have a fire in at night!

A great location and cottage! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private beach was better than the main Grand Bend beach (and much quieter)! All around a good experience.

Why they chose this property

I love the private Beach in Port Franks. Its great for children you can walk out a couple hundred feet with the kids. Great place for boating . This property is right accross street from public marina. Two great restaurants 2 minute drive. Golf course and walking paths 3 minute drive. Grand Bend 15 minutes.

What makes this property unique

This property has parking for 3 cars plus your boat, a hugh yard to play on. The cottage was redone inside in 2019.
