This property is just a short walk—about 12 minutes—to all the activity on Broadway. We appreciated the coffee, snacks, and the nice downtown view. The area was quiet and felt safe, no loud noises or unruly tenants. There’s also a great burger place called Mr. J’s just two minutes away, which ended up being the highlight of our stay. That said, the photos didn’t quite match reality. The apartment needed a more thorough cleaning, with dust and dirt on several surfaces. Both mattresses were worn out and not very comfortable. The couch was also sagging in the middle, so we mostly sat on the edges, if we sat at all. The bathroom tile in the larger bedroom was cracked and had mildew, which made us prefer to wear shoes while showering. The towels provided were also stained. The bigger bedroom was also very hot due to the lack of temperature controlling window treatments and the sun constantly beaming in. If you’re mainly looking for a convenient spot close to Broadway, this place will work. But if you want a cleaner, more comfortable, home-like experience, you might want to consider other options.
