Chegamos no local e estava tento uma “festa” com os proprietários seus cachorros, barril de Heineken etc foi péssimo Muitas baratas, pia suja, escorredor de macarrão com molho e macarrão etc Colchões velhos, com odores terríveis etc Não foi legal Tivemos q trabalhar mto pra deixar sujo

Casa bem equipada!

Gostamos muito da casa e de todo o ambiente, somente alguns detalhes que estão no anúncio e não podemos contar com eles na casa! Geladeira não faz gelo conforme informado! Ar condicionado da sala de estar e jantar não estão funcionando! Ar condicionado do quarto externo não funciona e não tinha luz! Porém fui muito bem atendido pelo Arthur e nos deixou entrar na casa um pouco antes.

Resumo da minha estadia

Hospedei-me na casa junto com minha família. O dono e o caseiro foram sempre solícitos quando precisamos. Quase tudo condiz com a descrição da casa. Tem ar-condicionado em todos os quartos e sala funcionando. Porém tivemos problema com o quarto na área da piscina. Ele é mofado e não tem como dormir nele, além de ter duas camas quebradas. O banheiro de fora também estava com o chuveiro sem funcionar. Parte da família que ficaria no quarto de fora teve que dormir na sala, o que foi um incômodo para nós que contávamos com este quarto. Quanto à localização, fica próximo à avenida principal e ao shopping. Um pouco longe para ir a pe à praia. Há poucas panelas e vasilhas para comida. Quanto ao resto estava tudo certo.

Atendeu à expectativa

A estadia na casa foi agradável e atendeu as nossas expectativas. Só lamentamos por não poder utilizar a banheira da suite master que não estava funcionando. E um dos quarto, na verdade ficava fora da casa e estava com um pouco de cheiro de mofo. A escada é um pouco perigosa para crianças e idosos. Fica em local acessível, tranquilo e próximo da praia e shopping. O caseiro foi muito atencioso e simpático.

Casa Fantástica!!!

Passei minhas férias de janeiro 2015 com minha família na caso do João Paulo que fica em Riviera. Localização muito boa, casa com todos os confortos necessários para uma boa estada. Ambientes amplos das salas e quartos bem arejados com ar condicionado, mobílias e utensílios de boa qualidade. Área externa muito aconchegante com espaço da churrasqueira, piscina com cascata e jardim, nos sentimos muito a vontade como se estivéssemos em casa. O caseiro se encarrega de fazer a manutenção da piscina e sua mulher é uma excelente faxineira que pode ser contratada a parte. A negociação com o proprietário João Paulo correu de forma rápida e segura. Gostamos tanto da casa que prorrogamos nossa estada em mais alguns dias através de uma simples ligação ao João Paulo para acerto de preço e deposito bancário. Só não volto neste janeiro de 2016 para passar alguns dias por não ter dias disponíveis. Recomendo, vale muito a pena!!! Nelson Amaral Neto

Lovely well-priced house with all amenities

Stayed for 5 nights in Oct/Nov 2013 with our family from UK. Communication with owner was excellent. Arranged time of arrival and were met and shown around the property. He speaks English as well so that helped a lot. The house is not new but has been recently refurbished/painted so feels fresh and clean. Everything was tidy and ready to use upon our arrival. The wi-fi and air-con function well. There is also a big plasma tv with cable and a Wii games console. The pool is cleaned daily by the gardener. The house is spacious and stylishly decorated. The location is good too. It is not that close to the beach but more within reach of everything - shopping center, supermarket, restaurants are all a 5 min drive away. And the house is also very discreet as it not on a main road or next to apartment blocks etc. The Riviera area in general is very secure and tidy. Groceries and eating out is a bit more pricey compared to other places but I guess you pay for the peace of mind and convenience. We found this house well-priced compared to others in the area. Great value if you compare other properties and discover that nearly all of them have something missing. eg. wi-fi, air-con, pool, bbq area. Would definitely recommend the property and go again. Foreign visitors please be advised: Bring your own bedding (we didn't know so had to buy at the overpriced supermarket) The deposit is half the rent and needs to be paid before arrival (cheque, bank transfer). Upon arrival you will need to give a cheque of guarantee which will be returned to you after you leave.

Muito Agradável!!!

A Final de semana foi muito agradável, a casa está como nas fotos, e tudo estava de acordo com o prometido, estava em um gripo de 09 pessoas e todo o suporte foi respondido sempre de imediato.
