The space
Home has underwent an extensive remodel in 2021 with stylish finishes throughout. Welcoming decor with designer touches everywhere. Shoot a game of pool in the game room or work on your golf game at the custom putting green. 5 bedrooms with plenty of room for larger groups wanting to enjoy all that AZ has to offer. Private backyard with plenty of seating and a private serene ambiance. Sparkling pool that is fenced for child safety and mature landscaping make this backyard a great gathering place.

Conveniently located in North Scottsdale near the top events like Barrett Jackson and Phoenix Open. Only minutes to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter which feature high end shopping and dining. A great location central to all that Scottsdale has to offer.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We welcome our guests to have fun and enjoy the home but you must always be respectful of the neighbors.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is Scottsdale City Ordinance

If traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify Management.

No smoking in home at any time

Other things to note

Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Must give host at least 72 hour advance notice of intent to heat the pool. A Payment request will be sent after you book.

Home with plenty of space

Overall, it was a nice stay. The communication with the host was less than ideal, as we were there four days/nights and the kids were never able to swim after 7:00 p.m., after we paid to have the pool heated, because none of the outdoor lights would work, after finding every switch that could be possible and with no assistance from the rental manager and/or the host.

Nice Rental

House was nice and clean. Could tell it has been well used , but things for the most part were taken care of. One fall back with a large group of friends, 3 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs have bathrooms connected, but the bunk room doesn’t have an access to any of those bathrooms so having to go downstairs all of the time for those in that room was a pain. But that is not the fault of the owners, just the builders. They brought us towels after we made a request because there were only 11 towels( and that included beach towels) and 7 wash clothes. They brought us more about 24 hours after the request. Nice neighborhood, Nice place and would rent again. Thanks for the hospitality.
