About this property

Beautifuly decorated Tybee Island home is perfect for family gatherings, only 150 yards to Beach! It features 4 bedrooms /3 bathrooms, a very Private Salt-System Heated Pool (Heated year round! - additional charges may apply), and an Elevator for making luggage and groceries a breeze! The open family room has a 55” Sony LED TV with surround sound. There are 5 decks/balconies on which to enjoy reading, relaxing, or a nap in the hammock. Rooftop deck has amazing views of the ocean as well as views of Tybee.
Middle deck has 2 double/queen size chaise lounge chairs for plenty of relaxing.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed, 19” TV with DVD player, and a full bath connected to the hall. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and large bathroom featuring a garden tub and separate shower. Bedroom three upstairs features a queen-size bed, TV & DVD player, and connecting full bath. The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds along with a TV & DVD player.

The pool is a large (12’ x 27’) salt water pool with a heat pump system.. The shallow end has a “Splash Area” (about 6” deep) for smaller children or anyone wanting to sunbathe while keeping cool. There are Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, a 9' picnic table, a fun lifeguard chair for the "lifeguards" at heart, as well as, a gas grill provided. Also, a screened in living room with sofa and several chairs with a refrigerator for close by refreshments while you relax by the pool!

We offer many extras you might not find in just another beach house. For instance, we provide a beach cart and wagon, beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella for your use. We also provide, for those with a baby, an array of complimentary baby items: including a pack n play, highchair, portable booster seats, potty chair, toddler bed gate, inflatable toddler bed, baby gate for stairs, and stroller to make your traveling a little lighter!

For your convenience we have lists of restaurants, places to go, and things to see on Tybee Island to make your planning just a little easier. Also remember that historic Savannah is just 20 minutes away!

Perfect house for our getaway!

Beautiful house, endless deck and patio spaces, great pool, plenty of room, close to the beach but far enough away from the busy areas...we'll definitely be back!

Wonderful Experience!

We can’t say enough great things about our stay! The hosts replied to all inquiries promptly, and their responses were always kind and helpful. The house itself was immaculately clean, and it seemed like they had thought of everything to make the stay convenient and enjoyable. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature, and we enjoyed it everyday. The location can’t be beat— close proximity to several beach access points as well as food and stores. We hope to return soon!

Definitely a favorite

Absolutely loved this property. We visit every October with a group of family and friends and this might be one of our favorites! The home was beautiful, the hosts were super quick to respond, and it was a super cozy stay at the beach. The pool was WONDERFUL - our kiddos (2 and 4) were very excited about all of the pool toys. We love tybee and cannot wait to visit again. Fingers crossed this same home is available!! Also - Definitely recommend Tybee bike rentals - they were super easy and even delivered and picked up bikes. Made everything super easy since we were traveling without a vehicle

Home Sweet Home

Visitors at this property will enjoy the comforts and convenience of home. We enjoyed the easy trip to the beach and additional “water time” in the pool. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. A great vacation spot!

We live in Atlanta and enjoy going to Tybee to escape from all of the traffic and fast-paced life that surrounds Atlanta. We have 2 girls that love going to the beach. We love the laid back atmosphere and small town charm of Tybee. We decided to purchase a home on Tybee Island due to the fact that we kept going back there for our family vacations because we enjoyed it so much.

Why they chose this property

We chose our beach house because of its convenient location to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the pier for fishing. It's so nice to be able to walk or bike when going to shops or going out to eat. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away. We also liked the fact that it had 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, the perfect size for our families getting together.

What makes this property unique

We put a pool in after we bought the beach house and has been a great way to cool off in the Summer. It's also great when the months are cooler, we just turn on the pool heater and enjoy! The backyard is very private, shaded and a great place to gather to grill out and relax. We later screened in a portion of the garage for an outdoor living area where you can relax and watch TV with a cool beach breeze without the worry of any pests. We have plenty of parking as well - 2 spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway, 1 on the side parking pad large enough for an RV or trailer.
