The back deck overlooks the Bayhead Action Park ponds. minutes from the Indian Rocks beach, downtown, shopping and recreational areas.
The space
The spacious Living room has a 50-inch smart Amazon Fire TV, a comfy couch with lounge chair/ottoman and extra cushions, side tables, a TV tray and storage wall cabinets. All LED lighting throughout, with USB charging stations on each side table.
The open concept living has direct access to a small sitting area and the kitchen with all new cabinets, granite countertops and SS appliances, including a dishwasher. The back door leads to a private deck overlooking the Bayhead ponds and the Action Park skating ramps, volleyball and dog park. There is a picnic table, umbrella, and an Adirondack chair to enjoy a cup of coffee or after dinner evening drink out in the deck, under the string lighting surrounding the patio area.
The large bedroom suite includes a large sleeping area with a king-size bed with a 12-inch hybrid mattress, another 50-inch smart Amazon Fire TV, a full bathroom with lighted mirror, medicine cabinet, a storage cabinet and a new vanity and toilet. It also has a writing desk and chair. Adjacent is a large walk-in closet / laundry room with a washer/dryer combo unit and the fiber-optic internet router. Barn doors are installed to separate the bathroom and closet from the sleeping quarters. The apartment is cooled and heated with two super quiet mini-split heat pumps and a remote-controlled ceiling fan. Total black-out curtains in the bedroom are perfect to sleep in whenever you feel like it.
Guest access
Guest have access to the back corner patio, between the two apartment buildings which will be converted into a private dog park and picnic area. feel free to roam around this area or the safe neighborhood. The parking lot and the common corridors in front of the buildings are also accessible to all guests, sometimes used by smokers.
Other things to note
The five-plex complex has five one-bedroom garden apartments with similar footprint and design. Most have been refurbished and we are currently hosting traveling nurses and other traveling professionals with mid-term leases (3-6 months). All are very quiet and private, most have pets. A veterinary clinic is only 100 yards down the street if you ever need one during your stay. There are several hospitals within a 3-mile radius of the property. There are several restaurants (Indian, Puerto Rican, American) and a great diner just around the corner, within a 2 -minute stroll.
