Super cute lower unit located just one house from the sand. Nice open floor plan, two car tandem parking, shared laundry and a patio with wonderful water views!

**Please be aware this unit does not have Air-Conditioning**

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car garage parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem parking in a shared garage.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Charcoal, laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

Cockroaches, Spiders, Great location

I hate to give a negative review however we were a bit overwhelmed with the cockroaches and filth at this location. Communication with the manager was great, prior to check in we has a modification to our week stay. They were very accommodating. However we checked in and the cleanliness fell short of our expectations. Spiders and webs in the corners of floors, ceilings and cabinets. Some small bloods spots smeared on the wall above the toilet. But the worst was the cockroaches, they started to appear everywhere! On the bathroom floor, in the closets ans kitchen counter! It made us completely uncomfortable during our stay. The location was a short walk from the front door which was perfect.

Newport vaca

It was our annual trip to cali every year I have been taking my granddaughters since the oldest was 2 We also brought my sister and we just discovered you this year !!! It was amazing the house was perfect , great neighbors , close to shopping, and the beach is right there !!! We may have to change our vaca there to two times a year. So much fun we thank you all so so much for letting G is use your amazing place

Location Great!

The location was great, the property was clean and convenient. Great garage parking. As a 1 bedroom sleeping arrangements were spacious for our family of 4 with 2 sleep sofas. However, mattress in bedroom is really, really bad. I am still aching 3 days later. No mattress pad, sheets, and blanket provided for the sleep sofas. Even after sharing text messages and receiving promise after talking to management the next morning by phone, no bedding delivered. Dear Owners, time for new property managers.
