Cute and classic lower unit located just one house from the sand. The unit includes a wide open floor plan, two car tandem parking, shared laundry and a quaint little patio with beautiful water views!

**Please be aware this unit does not have Air-Conditioning**

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

**The credit/debit card processing fee/management fee is non-refundable, even if a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before check-in**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car garage parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem parking in a shared garage.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Charcoal, laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

A great little place close to the beach!

This little bungalow was cute, clean and conveniently located! We enjoyed our stay here. Just be aware of the fact that there is no AC and in warmer months, the only way to keep things even somewhat cool is to open all the windows. This made sleeping comfortably difficult. Noise from neighbors and such was not great.

Family getaway

Lovely time, uncrowned beach. Walk to coffee shops, pier, restaurants and grocery. We rented 2 units sharing a breezeway. Houses were great, 2 houses from beach. Perfect for our family. We will be back.

Great little house!

The house is small, perfect for a family of 4. It is seconds from the sand and very conveniently located next to the Newport pier, shops and restaurants. It was clean considering it is a beach house and sand gets everywhere. We used the kitchen for most of our meals and it is very well stocked. There is no air conditioning which made for some warm nights, but the supplied fans and open windows worked well to cool things down. We had one of our best family vacations ever at this house and highly recommend it.

By the beach

We loved the location and the space. Very convenient. Things that could have been better essentials like Shampoo and Conditioner and body soap. We weren’t notified they were going to shut off the water the first day we were there. The unit had no air conditioning and 2 small box fans. I would say upgrade the fans at least of no air conditioning. The area was high traffic area and people would do uturns right at the front door.
