Simples assim, tudo conforme constava no anúncio só que ao alcance dos seus olhos. Ótima localização, de frente ao mar, vista espetacular, não precisa de carro, tudo bem perto. O Sr. Emanuel foi muito atencioso e muito nos deixou orientações de onde ficava a Padarias, Pizzarias, etc o que ajudou muito para quem não conhecia o local. Espero em breve voltar novamente, estavamos nos sentindo em casa. RECOMENDO...

Ótima vista, super confortável e aconchegante, fomos em várias pessoas e ficamos o final de semana ,alugamos também o apartamento do 8° que juntos forma cobertura duplex, são vários quartos bem equipados é muito boa , fomos super bem atendidos pelo zelador o síndico e sua esposa,Sr. Emanuel o proprietário super atencioso. Super recomendo!!!!Vale a pena
