A completely remodel older home, very clean and nicely decorated. Everything a family traveling with pets, needs for visiting San Antonio

San Antonio visit

It was advertised that there was a spa/hot tub and there wasn't one. The backyard was messy and the grass was not cut. The outdoor furniture was dirty. The inside was bright and clean. The only issue we had was that toilet tissue was not allowed to be flushed. I think that should have be mentioned in the listing.

Hi David, Totally appreciate your review, we have check every VRBO amenity and don’t have anything showing spa/hot tub we don’t have one and don’t plan on having it. While we work hard to maintain the outside furniture clean it can be difficult at times as it’s outside, wind and dust can be out of our control. We do have a landscaper that mowed the grass on a schedule . Our goal is to strive and provide the best service to our guest. Sincerely, Jose
