Beach House Guaiúba
House with 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and other dependencies. Service area w / bathroom (external), barbecue and large wooded yard. Accommodation for 10 people. Vacancies for 3 cars. With WIFI and cable TV.
Necessary to bring bathing suits, bed, including pillows.
After 22h, ambient sound (Law of Silence).
Guaiúba beach, distance 900 m (15 minutes walk), good for kayaking (for rent on the beach), scuba diving, deep sea fishing and shore fishing, calm sea beach that I recommend for people with young children .
Tombo Beach (Blue Flag), 600 m (10 minutes walk) away, great for sunbathing, surfing (beach rentals are available) and beach fishing I recommend the right side, near the stones.
Asturias beach, distance 1.8 km (25 minutes walk), good for Stand Up Paddle (for rent on the beach) and fishing with reel (wall of the ghettos), and where there is the fish and fruit market from the sea (near the ascent of the Asturian Lookout and hang gliding) and where there is also the Handicraft and Souvenirs Fair (next to the Civil Servants colony).
There are kiosks on all beaches that provide beach umbrellas and beach chairs upon consummation.

Quanto ao som, além de constar no anúncio do imóvel um aviso sobre a "Lei do Silêncio", ao entregar as chaves, eu sempre peço, encarecidamente, para os hóspedes ouvirem baixo, principalmente, após 22hs. Este quesito demanda uma gestão complexa, já teve notificação, que o gestor público foi ao local por ter recebido 10 ligações de pessoas diferentes. Quanto ao pó, por mais que tenha lavado tudo com "WAP", utilizado produto pós-obra, passado pano, pelo que foi avaliado, lamentavelmente, uma reforma recente influenciou na limpeza. Queira desculpar por qualquer coisa, e faço votos que, em breve, retorne ao Guarujá para desfrutar de nossas belas praias com muito sol e mar calmo.

Casa simples, mas muito boa e aconchegante.
Casa bem localizada, próximo as praias, aconchegante, limpa e bem organizada. A Dona Maria super simpática e prestativa.
Espero poder voltar em breve e aproveitar ainda mais.

Muito boa
Casa confortável e aconchegante, acomoda muito bem até 10 pessoas, tem área de lazer, perfeita para reuniões em família, muito próxima de excelentes praias, bairro de padrão muito bom, tem tudo que precisa bem pertinho, farmácia, pizzaria, supermercado. Super indico, a proprietária é muito gentil e prestativa.

Imovel maravilhoso
O imóvel é muito aconchegante e amplo. Os dois quartos possuem ar condicionado funcionante, a cozinha está toda equipada com os utensílios necessários para uso diário( microondas, panelas, copos, talheres, sanduicheira, etc...), os banheiros são grandes porém apenas o interno possui chuveiro, o quintal acondiciona mais de 2 veículos, a área da churrasqueira e gostosa e possui pia para limpeza. No geral o imóvel é excelente e próximo da praia do Guaiúba. Um apontamento que penso ser necessário na área da churrasqueira é uma chaminé tendo em vista que a fumaça atrapalha muito.
Os proprietários são pessoas maravilhosas e honestas, estavam lá no horário combinado e dão total liberdade para o locatário e ficam a disposição para eventuais necessidades. Meu nome é Claudio e Jaqueline, locamos no mês de novembro e amamos o local. Parabéns.........

Casa confortável e bela paisagem
A casa é exatamente como nas fotos. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela proprietária que nos deixou bastante tranquilos e livres. A casa é confortável, limpa e possui uma área externa muito boa para brincar e fazer churrasco. Os quartos têm ar-condicionado que funcionam perfeitamente e na cozinha todos os utensílios básicos para uma refeição. Eu e meus amigos passamos um final de semana muito divertido. Valeu à pena. A Praia do Guaiuba é fantástica, tem um visual maravilhoso e fica bem próxima à casa. Se pudesse sugerir algo, seria melhorar o chuveiro, que tem baixíssima pressão (mas acho que isso é comum em casa no litoral). Iremos voltar com certeza.
