The Space:
From the moment you pull into the gated property to choose your room, you'll be beaming with anticipation. River Run features an open concept layout making it easy to stay connected with plenty of space for seclusion at the same time. The Living Room has a large Apple TV and queen sofa bed with media room recliners. The dining room comfortably seats 6 around the table with views of the river to share. The kitchen will make the cook of your group at home with dual ovens and plenty of counter space for meal prep. For the more chill members of your party, you will have to peel them out of the full windowed "View Room". The View Room also doubles as another sleeping space, with a pull out Queen Sofa. Your group will also enjoy the endless WiFi on the property and mounted A/C units in each room, making your stay cool, comfortable and connected.
The Master Bedroom has a California King bed, an 80" flatscreen TV with Apple TV and private Patio. The Master Bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, large shower and walk-in closet. Just off the Master Suite is an office space for those who are working on the go.
On the opposite side of the home are two more Queen bedrooms with 50" flatscreens and Apple TV's. The river side bedroom has a personal ensuite and private river access and porch. The second Bedroom has a full bathroom directly across the hall. The fourth room can be found above the garage in a private loft. This room is complete with a kitchenette, 55" swiveling flatscreen, Apple TV, reclining media chairs, a California King bed and a full bathroom.
When not playing board games around the table or taking a cool, dark nap, you'll be lounging on the 140 ft. dock with hydraulic diving board and included water toys! Gather around the fire pit for S'mores, play basketball or have a drink on the lighted, river view Gazebo.
Downtown Coeur d'Alene is a mere 15 minute drive by car or boat. OR head West to Spokane for concerts, shopping, comedy shows, hockey games and more! River Run aims to create many memories for years to come!

Guest Access:
As our guest you’ll have full access to the main house, private loft, yard, river, and private beach access on Harbor Island.

Enjoy a beautiful neighborhood on the Spokane River, Harbor Island. A collection of well-maintenance and loved homes, private beaches, walkability, and quiet.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended. You'll be just 15 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 30 minutes from Spokane. Enjoy the lake life Cd'A has to offer, or catch a comedy show, concert, or nightlife of Spokane.

Interaction with Guests:
The home is yours during your stay. If you need us we're just a phone call away.
Guest accommodations at this vacation home offer hair dryers and irons/ironing boards. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and dishwashers.
