Relax at this quiet country home on 5 acres in the Greater Cincinnati area. Perfect for large families and groups. House is only 5 years old with beds and kitchen service for 10. Ask about pets. Large deck with grill. Parking area can accommodate multiple vehicles. Lots of space for outdoor recreation. Just off I-75 and close to attractions, including Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Kings Island, and Cincinnati ballparks.
The space
Full kitchen with cooking utensils, small appliances, and microwave. Large island with seating. Master bedroom suite has a king bed, attached full bath with large walk-in rain head shower. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen and a twin bed. Bedroom 4 (lower level) has a twin. Bedroom 5 (lower level) has 2 twin beds. Lower level has a full bathroom with double sink and a separate shower/toilet room.
Guest access
There are 3 large bedrooms on the main floor, and 2 additional bedrooms and full bath in the finished basement. Ping Pong table and board games in the lower level.

The house and location was great. We enjoyed our stay. The location put us in the middle of the Ark and Creation Museum. Our daughter and dog both loved running and playing in the back yard! Communication with the host was great.

Ark Encounter Vacation

The house was beautiful and very spacious! My husband and I (mid 40s), our daughter (18), my parents (mid to late 60s), my Great-Aunt (76) and my fur baby were all very comfortable. The host was very polite and so easy to work with! If we’re ever back in this area, we will rent again!

This was an absolute wonderful place and so convenient to what we wanted to do. Host was so prompt and helpful and we enjoyed the space and location of the property. One of our daughters and her husband liked the layout of the house so much that they are picturing this floor plan for the home they want to build! The only critique I would give is that the Keurig was a bit slow but we were able to adjust and make it work for the six of us. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect. A ten for sure! You won’t be disappointed!

Fabulous out of town experience

Great view and clean. The down stairs toilet is loose and the upstairs toilet needs new flapper seal. Nice furniture. Upstairs bedroom closet needs a light. We really enjoyed the stay

Amazing Home

We had 6 ladies from Victory Church in Lancaster PA stay at this home. First, it was beautiful, the land it sat on was beautiful, it was clean and equipped with everything you need. The owner of the property was very friendly and hospitable. Our prayer for the family that owns this property gets so many more guests and that they love it just as much as we did if not more. We totally recommend this place 150%, you won't regret it, I promise.
