We enjoyed our stay at Bud’s Place. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The grandkids especially enjoyed the game room and the ping pong table was great for the entire family. During our stay we visited the Ark Encounter, the Creation museum and the Cincinnati Zoo. Highly recommend!

The home was in an ideal location for a trip to the Ark. It was clean and comfortable. I stayed with 3 friends and we each had our own bedroom. We enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball. Our host was proactive in communication and we had no problems. The surrounding neighborhood was safe and quiet. I would stay here again.

Three couples stayed here and we all loved our king sized beds. The kitchen was very well supplied and house was very clean. We selected this place because of being located near The Ark Encounter and that it was.

The house is very clean and has everything you need. It is close to train tracks so there is whistle and rumble noise. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

I would give it 5 stars except there was not enough hot water for 5 adults to shower without the last two being lukewarm. But other than that our family had a great time! Convenient to shopping,food,and the Ark Encounter which was purpose of our weekend!

We stayed here with extended family and went to the Ark and Creation Museum. The house was fine itself. We mentioned a few small things to the property manager that could help to make the stay better and I’m sure he’ll rectify those. (More baking dishes, hand towels and extra toilet paper-nothing big!) We all enjoyed the Arcade game, Foosball table and ping pong table. It is in a small neighborhood that seems nice and quiet. HOWEVER, the train track across the street is not. If you are a light sleeper, you won’t sleep through the night here, despite the earplugs provided in every room. That was the case for 2 of the people in our family. The train runs nearly every 60-90min. Then there are times we didn’t hear it. And it is so close we saw the Conductor one time while sitting outside on the nice back porch. So, yes the house was cute, but the location was not the best for people who have trouble sleeping at night. I’d say bring your own earplugs and that’ll help.
