Conveniently located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. Minutes to Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, and down town North Conway, with shopping, many restaurants, skiing, sightseeing, and much more..

The home is situated in a quiet family neighborhood just off of West Side Road. The home features rustic knotty pine interior, plenty of space for entertaining and has many updates. The main level features a full kitchen, full bath, one bedroom with a queen bed and a large living room good for entertaining more than one family. Upon entering the home you will see the newly carpeted stair case which leads to the second floor with 2 bedrooms and a 3/4 bath. The two bedrooms upstairs are across the hall from one another, one of which has 2 queen beds and the other has 1 queen and 4 twin beds. (bed linens and towel are not included with this listing)

Off the living room is a screened in porch giving you plenty of room to take in the fresh air and enjoy some time with your guests.

The property was very clean and had lots of space for our group, plus our dogs! 10 min drive to N. Conway and shopping, but in a quiet, rural subdivision with plenty of privacy. Very reasonably priced.

This place is very deceiving......the pictures didnt do it justice. The house is WAY bigger then it looks. We had a wonderful stay! Anything and everything you could think of was stocked. This home was very clean, well maintained, and set back for enough privacy. Dart board and pool table was a huge plus! The host was active with communication and very nice! The veiws of the night were INSANELY beautiful......amd it not to far from all that the mountains offer. Comfy beds, wifi, tvs(although we never turned any on) dog friendly(a nice private back yard for them. 10/10. Would absolutely not hesitate to stay there again! Thank you SO much for a wonderful experience.

The name says it all. It’s a very cozy retreat. We very much enjoyed our stay. Pet friendly and family friendly. The kitchen had all the amenities needed for cooking meals and making coffee. More than an abundance of kitchenware that anyone could need. Beautiful location, and easy access to North Conway. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Family tubing trip

The cabin and property itself was nice, however only one of the bedrooms was air conditioned. The downstairs bedroom had no a/c or ceiling fan, and only 1 of the windows had a screen. The second upstairs bedroom had a small ceiling fan and the one window had no screen on it. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable upstairs after a week of 90 degree weather, and the inability to open a window was insane!One of the reasons I chose this place was that I had to bring my small elderly dog with me, and it stated "pet friendly", and there was no mention of a pet fee. Once I booked the place, I was informed that in fact there was a fee of 200! There was no mention of this in the listing, and the fee was much higher than the pet fee for the other locations I was considering! Very misleading.Another reason I chose the place was that it was "7 minutes" from the Mt. Washington weather station, which was one of the places we wanted to go. However, the station being referenced was not actually the one on Mt. Washington! That one was an hour away! This resulted in 3 hours of driving between locations for us to complete our Saturday plans. Also misleading.This last was not an issue for us, however although the yard was very pretty, it was in full view of a pile of debris and broken paraphernalia under the raised deck.

We were not made aware of any issues with the temperature, fans, window screens, or the condition of the area beneath the deck while you were there. Had you contacted us, we would have been happy to address any concerns we were able to resolve during your stay and make every reasonable effort to improve your experience. I would also like to clarify one point regarding the pet fee, as the $200 fee mentioned in your review is not accurate. Our pet fee is $50. We strive to be transparent about our policies and pricing, so I want to make sure future guests are not misled by that portion of the review. We value guest feedback and are always open to addressing concerns when they are brought to our attention. We’re disappointed that you did not have the experience you hoped for, but we would have appreciated the opportunity to address these matters during your stay

We were very pleased with our stay. We didn’t have any Internet service, except when we went downtown. Actually, it was rather pleasant without it. We would strongly suggest a railing on the stairway.
