Spacious and chic MCM ranch

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Stay in touch with allll the Hudson Valley spots with this very centrally located roomy ranch. Kingston, Rosendale, New Paltz, Gardiner, Saugerties and Woodstock are all a hop skip and a jump.

Single story ranch with four bedrooms, kitchen and dining spaces and yard access.

Guest access
Guests have the entire main house with no interference or overlap with our office at all. The separate (attached) office in the converted garage has an entirely separate entrance where we do business loosely 9-3 business days. We don't bother renters at all, and this gives you an access point in case you need anything. Check the pictures to see a map of the space!

This is a wonderful house. The house and decor are authentic mid-century modern and very comfortable. Check-in was easy with an electronic lock. Easy parking. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, pans and bowls. We had a great time. Thank you, Jenifer!

Kind of a mixed bag

The house is roomy and well designed, with lots of space for the 6 people in our group, but a few features were a disappointment, beginning with the gas range in the kitchen. It is an antique (which is not itself a problem), but only one burner worked and we couldn't get the oven to work. That made it impossible to cook meals for our group. Another issue was the back door, which kept opening on its own. We finally had to prop it shut with a chair. Also, the light over the table in the breeze room did not work, so one could only use it in the daytime. These are uncharacteristic negatives for a Vrbo rental and caught us by surprise.

Hello! I apologize for any inconvenience these bits may have caused you. Upon further investigation, the light in the breezeroom was just unplugged, and a screw was loose on the range (a screw that engages the gas to turn on the burner). The range is very basic - I wish you had reached out to let me know you had trouble with it- i make myself very available to guests, and have even come over to give a tutorial on it's operation. There is also tutorial video that i made as backup information and it is linked on the website for the house, as well as via QR code link in the house. You did reach out about the back door an that issue has been fixed as well. The door is original to the house, and the hinges had loosened a little, which made the deadbolt hard to align. Sometimes when we have back to back guests it can be challenging to inspect everything, so I have to rely on communication for maintenance things that pop up here and there. These were new pieces of info to me - so I appreciate the information, and i again apologize for these annoyances in your stay.
